(Maxie's POV)
Lauren looked at me. "Oh. Then where is he?"
I sighed. "He's the Absol who just went in. I'm not stupid, Lauren. I saw the two of you before you transformed."
Lauren sighed. "Then what are we waiting for?! We need to go help Sarah!"
I nodded and looked at Winona. "You ready to go in?"
Winona nodded. "Yeah. I'm ready. Let's go save Sarah.
With that, we went inside.
Once we were in, I immediately headed for the Cells in the basement, as that's the most logical place for Team Aqua to keep prisoners.
We looked all around the Cells, but there was no one. I then looked at Winona and Lauren. "I can't find her."
A voice then came from behind me. "Who are you looking for?"
I turned around, and an Yveltal Pokéhuman was standing there. I could've sworn she looks familiar, but I can't quite place her. "Uh, Sarah. And who might you be?"
She chuckled. "Name's Lia. And Sarah? I'm not sure where she is."
I thought for a moment. "You sure about that, Lia?"
She nodded. "Yeah. Why do you ask?"
I sighed. "I know you aren't."
With that, I tackled her to the ground, and pulled out a pill, and she swallowed it, but it.wasn't working!
"What the hell was that?!" she exclaimed.
I grit my teeth. "Crap... Um... For-" I then got hit by a Dark Pulse to my gut, and flew into a wall. "Gyah!"
Lia then walked over to me. "Heh. You aren't so great, are you? Guess I should just end you now!" She then formed an Oblivion Wing between her hands, and was about to fire, but an Aura Sphere hit her, and she went flying into a wall, being rendered unconscious.
Lauren then ran over to me. "Maxie! Are you ok?!"
"Y-yeah..." I said as she helped me up. I then turned my attention to Lia, who was groaning.
(A/N: Sorry for short chapter! I kinda ran out of ideas after writing the Fighting the IMC chapter...)
