Chapter 64

In the next years many events happen. Pepper and Tony married and get their own daughter, Morgan. Lyra and Morgan have the best sibling relationship they can have. The first two years Lyra and Pietro lived with the other Starks, but as Lyra got pregnant by accident they decided to move back in the Compound to Yelena. Tony and Peppers house is too small for six people. And Yelena was happy about Baby Maximoff.
Thor and Loki got more time for Lyra after New Asgard was stable. Even Steve visited often the Compound in the years.
Tony and Peppers house visit Lyra and Pietro often. Morgan and the youngest Maximoff became best friends.

"Natalia Maximoff!", Lyra calls her daughter and searches her daughter. Natalia inherits the speed of Pietro and magic from Lyra. This was the most powerful child on earth actually.
"She is here", Steve says and holds the little girl in his arms. Natalia smiles and looks to her parents.
"I wanted to look after you, but she found me first", Steve says and gives Natalia to her mother. Lyra nods and looks at her daughter.
"Thank you. We wanted to drive to dad, but she doesn't want to change her pyjama and run away", Lyra says and gives Natalia to Pietro. Steve nods and smiles.
"I can't believe that you two are parents", he says and Lyra nods, watches Pietro with their daughter.
"Who would say that a goddess and a speedster become parents with nineteen? We were shocked. But Natalia is our little wonder. I just wish Mum and Bucky could meet her", Lyra says and gives Steve a cup coffee. He nods.
"They would love her", Steve says, and Lyra looks next to him as Scott Lang shows in the CTV.
"What the... how is this possible? He was victim of the snap...", Lyra mumbles and can't believe her eyes.
"Is this an old video?", Steve asks and Lyra shakes her head.
"No this is live", she answers and stands up to go to Scott. Lyra opens the door and looks at Scott. He runs to her and smiles.
"Lyra, right?", he asks, and she nods. She doesn't know what she wants to know first. Where was he?
"Yes, follow me", she says and leads him to Steve. Pietro and Yelena are sitting on the table. Everyone is waiting for Scott to explain himself. "How are you back? You vanished like the others after the snap five years ago", Lyra asks him and sits down. Scott shakes his head.
"No, I was in the Quantum Realm. For you it was five years, for me just five hours", he answers and looks at her. Lyra look at him and doesn't understand what he says. Five hours and not five years.
"What I want to tell you is, we could bring them back", Scott says, and Lyra looks at him, "We could build a Time Machine like in back to the future." Lyra looks at him and isn't sure if they could do it.
"How?", she asks him and wants to believe him. She wants Natasha and Bucky back, also Wanda.
"I have everything in my van. But we could need help", he answers. Lyra looks at him. They need Tony. He is the only one who is good enough to build the machines. Lyra looks to Pietro.
"Bring Natalia in the car. We visit dad", she says and looks at him. Yelena and Steve get ready to visit Tony. Lyra is nervous. She doesn't know if he would help. His new top priority was to be Morgan's father and Natalia's grandfather. He has stopped to be Iron Man in the last years. Pietro gets Natalia and all of them go to their cars. Lyra looks at him. They are alone in the car with their daughter.
"So, you believe that Tony will help them?", Pietro asks her, and she shakes her head.
"I don't know. I hope it, but he doesn't want to do anything dangerous. His biggest fear is to be like his father. So, he decided to stay at home for Morgan", she answers and leans back. Pietro nods and drives. If Lyra says the truth, she doesn't want Tony to risk his life anymore. She wants him to stay alive to be Morgan and her dad and Natalia's grandpa. She looks to her daughter and smiles. Natalia plays with her stuffed toy and laughs. Lyra loves the innocence of her daughter. It was like healing her inner child to see her. Lyra thinks about it and looks at Pietro.
"We have made a good job with Lia", Lyra says and smiles softly. Pietro nods.
"Yes. She is the perfection of us both. But I see also Wanda in our daughter", Pietro answers and drives to Tony's lake house. Lyra nods. He was right. Natalia was a copy of Pietro and looks like a little Wanda. Just the changing eye color is like Lyra's.
"You are right. She looks like you and Wanda", she replies and smiles, "Lia and Wanda would be best friends. But don't tell Morgan that I said this. She believes that Lia and she are best friends." Pietro laughs and nods. He smirks and loves to see his family happy. But he hopes that Scott is right, and they can bring back the other, his sister.
"I am sure that everyone will love her. And Nat will love to hear her name", he says and smiles. Lyra nods.
"Yes. Lia has a big name. No one else can say that their name is Natalia Antony Maximoff", she says and smiles proud. She remembers that Thor and Loki were in the first moment sad that she doesn't have one of their names, but they know that she wears two important characters in her name.
"I should call Thor and Loki after we are finish by dad", Lyra says and thinks about it. They need enough people to get the stones. Lyra calculates the team, if she could get everyone to help them. They would be twelve people for six stones.
"Don't think too much about it. We drive to your father and make a normal visit before the others follow to talk with him", Pietro says and lay his hand on her knee. Lyra nods and knows he is right. They visit their family before asking for help.
"Are you enjoyed seeing grandpa Tony and Grandma Pepper?", Lyra asks Natalia and looks to her. Natalia nods and smiles. Natalia has begun to call Pepper grandma and after a talk they decided to call Pepper, Grandma Pepper, and Natasha, grandma Nat. This was a good idea for all.
"Yes, and Morgan. She says that we will play on the lake in her new tent", Natalia answers and smiles. Lyra nods and is glad that Morgan and Lia are just few months apart from each other. They were more like sisters instead of niece and aunt. It remembers Lyra of her and Bucky. She misses Bucky.
"Do you think that we can bring them back after all the time?", Lyra asks Pietro. He nods.
"This is the first time I have hope to get Wanda back in all these years", Pietro answers and looks at her, "This could be the first plan with success." Lyra nods and hopes he is right. She is also worried.
"If dad says he will help us, I ask Pepper if she will look after Lia as long, we are working on the time traveling topic", she says and wants her daughter to be safe. She also is scared of the future after bringing everyone back. This means also that Rumlow and Hydra could be coming back. She wishes he would be dead forever.
"I think that is a good idea. No one knows about Morgan and Lia outside of our family. They will be safe with her", Pietro answers and looks forward. Lyra can see the house and gets nervous. Natalia also sees the lake and gets excited.
"Grandpa Tony!", she calls for him and looks out. Pietro laughs about it. She does it every time they drive to him.
"Grandpa can't hear you from here", Lyra says with a big smile. Pietro stops in front to the house and gets out. Lyra does the same and goes back to Natalia. She gets her out and let her down. She runs to the house.
"Grandpa!", she yells and sees how Tony comes out to his terrace. He smiles and hugs his grandchild.
"My angle", he says and smiles. Morgan follows and looks to Lyra and Pietro, runs to both. Lyra smirks and find it amusing that they run to each other's parents.
"Hey Morgana", Lyra says and hugs her little sister. She smiles and holds her sister. She hasn't seen her for two weeks.
"Let us go inside. Pepper has cooked for us all", Tony says and smiles. Lyra nods and holds Morgan's hand. Pietro smiles and follows them inside. He goes to Pepper and helps her with the dishes.
"The food smells good", Pietro says to Pepper.
"Thank you", Pepper replies and smiles at him. They became good friends after realizing that they stuck both with very intelligent partners who used sarcasm as protection against their own fear. They learned how to help each other and babysit often the child of each other. Lyra and Tony are in the living room with the girls and sit in the floor. Lyra smiles and looks at Morgan and Natalia.
"You know I was shocked as you told us that you were pregnant with Lia with just 19 years. But I am really proud of you. You are great parents", Tony says and looks at Lyra. She smiles softly.
"Believe me. We were also shocked to find out about her, but she is the best what could happen. It's stressful with a little girl that is fast like Pietro and also have magical powers, but I can't imagine a life without her", Lyra answers and smiles. Tony nods.
"But she could look more like you instead of Speedy", he replies jokingly and smirks. Lyra laughs and nods.
"She is a copy of her father. But she looks more like a little Wanda than a Pietro", she says and smiles. Tony looks at his grandchild and nods.
"You are right. A bit makes up for the eyes and this is Wanda", he answers and grins. Lyra nods and looks to Pepper and Pietro.
"But Morgan looks like you. The only child that would be a real copy of you", Lyra says amused and looks to Morgan and Natalia, "If they decide to become evil the world will end. Morgan will be the greatest genius and Lia the mightiest goddess." Tony looks at both girls, while they play with Morgan's dolls.
"Have you found out what kind of goddess Lia is?", Tony asks, and Lyra shakes her head.
"No. I asked Thor and Loki about it, but they say it takes time to find it out because she is too young to know it now", Lyra answers and thinks about it, "I don't want her to fight like us in the future. I only want her to be able to defend herself against attacker." Tony nods and gets up as Pepper calls for them. The girls run to the table and climb in their chairs. Lyra looks at both before sitting down. She sees the food and is amazed. It looks very tasty and can't wait to eat it.
Lyra put some food on Lia's plate and smiles as the girls begin to eat. Lyra drinks a bit and is too nervous to eat enough. Pietro looks at his girlfriend and lays his hand on her knee.
"You should eat more. You haven't eaten breakfast", he says softly and looks at her. She nods and doesn't want to remember him about the reason.
"You know the reason that I couldn't eat breakfast. You and Lia wanted to make a race and destroyed the dining room after it served the food", she tells him and starts to eat to lunch. Natalia looks to her parents and smirks. She looks like Pietro when she is amused.
"That wasn't a race. Lia doesn't want a bath, and I wanted to get her", he replies and eats the meal. He smiles and is proud that is daughter is fast like him. Lyra rolls her eyes and looks out of the window as she hears the car with the others. She looks at Pietro who nods a bit.
"I go to them and tell them to wait", Lyra says and get up, "Lia stay here and eat." Lyra goes outside followed by Tony and Pietro.
"Why are they here?", Tony asks his daughter, and Lyra looks at her father.
"We think we found a way to bring everyone back", Lyra tells him and looks how Scott, Steve and Yelena come to the house, "But we need your super brain for it." Tony looks at his daughter before he glares at the others.
"What is the way?", he asks them. Scott looks at Tony. He thinks about the plan.
"We build a machine to get back in time and taking the stones", Scott tries to explain and looks at him. Tony sits down and looks at them.
"You mean time travel? You really think that you could go back in time?", Tony asks them, "That is impossible." Lyra looks at her dad. She doesn't say a word about it. Morgan comes running out to Tony and hugs him.
"Mommy send me to save you", she says. Tony picks her up.
"You make a god job", he replies and stand up, looks at the three, "I can't help you. I can't risk this family." He gets inside and Pietro follows him. Lyra looks at the three.
"We should look for Bruce. If my information is right, he is back in New York. Go and search him. I follow you after talking with dad", Lyra says and hugs Yelena a moment before they go to find Bruce. Lyra gets back inside and sits down with her family. Tony ignores the fact that Lyra came with this plan to him instead of a normal visit.
"I'm sorry, dad. I thought you could help", Lyra apologizes and looks at him. He looks at her.
"Let us forget that and eat", he says calm, and Lyra nods, knows that he is mad about it. The
Idea to time travel was risky, but their only option. Lyra looks at Pepper and Tony.
"Can we let Lia tonight with you? I want to go and talk with Clint and want Pietro to come with me", she asks both and Pepper nods.
"Of course. The girls will have a sleepover tonight", Pepper agrees and smiles. Both girls are amazed and talk about playing together all night. Pietro stand up and runs to the compound and back to get Lia's sleeping bag.
"Here is everything she needs for sleeping", Pietro tells Pepper and smiles. Lyra looks at him.
"You know I had a bag in the car for situation like that?", she asks him, and he looks at her.
"No. That I don't knew that", he answers and looks at her. She laughs and shakes her head a moment.
"I told you three times", she replies and smirks, "I have bags for all of us three for emergencies." She is paranoid about Hydra coming back to them. Lyra wants to have more than one plan ready.
"Really?", he asks, and she nods. Tony looks at him.
"I have told her to do this. We have also emergency bags in all cars for us and you", Tony explains and wanted to be ready every time. He has said to Lyra to do this too. Lyra eat the rest from her plate and nods.
"I used my magic to make it smaller. If one of us touches the bag the spell will break. Loki has taught me that", Lyra explains and looks at Pietro. He is also finish and just waits for her. Lyra kisses her daughter's head.
"We love you to the moon and back", Lyra whispers and Natalia nods. She gives her parents a kiss in the cheeks and doesn't know where they want to go. But she knows that they will come back to her like always. Pietro takes Lyra's hand gently.
"Running or driving to the farm?", he asks her.
"Running is faster", she answers, and he picks her up before he runs to Clint's farm. Lyra holds tight on him as he runs. She closes her eyes and feels like in old times.

Pietro stops in front of Clint's house. She sees Lila on the field with bow and arrow. Clint comes out and looks at both.
"Hey guys. We haven't seen long time", he greets both. He was right. They didn't had contact in the last years. He also didn't know about their daughter. In the first year Lyra tried to stay in contact, but they lost contact.
"We have a message. We have a chance to bring them home", Lyra tells him. His face gets dark, and he looks in Lila's direction.
"Don't make me hope. I can't handle more than actually", he answers. Lyra goes nearer to him and looks at him.
"We can bring them back, but we can't do it alone", Lyra says and looks at him. He looks sad at her, and she can see how broken he is after all the time.
"I'm sorry that we lost contact. I should have visited you", Lyra says and looks at him. He shakes his head.
"No. It was my decision to leave. I wasn't able to handle everything. You are like your mother, and this made it hard to look in the future for Lila and me", he answers and looks at her, "but I will help you, if you believe in this plan. Let me tell Lila before I come with you." Lyra nods and looks how Clint walks to his daughter. Lila was now a real teenager. She doesn't look like the child five years ago in the kitchen with Laura. Lyra's phone rings and she sees Yelena's name on it.
"Hey Lena. Everything okay?", Lyra asks her.
"Yes, we found Banner. He will help us. But don't be shocked if you see him. He is different from what you remember", Yelena tells her, and Lyra doesn't know what she means.
"Okay. We are at Clint's farm and will be back soon", Lyra answers and smiles. Everyone was ready to help, except for Tony. But she doesn't force anyone to help. Clint comes back and holds his bow.
"I am ready", he says, and Lyra sees Lila going inside. Lyra nods and Pietro brings both to the Compound. Clint is breathless after this and looks shocked.
"What the hell? Don't do that again to me!", Clint says and looks around. Lyra smiles and looks at Clint.
"Let him do it for three or four times and you will learn that it's comfortable to travel like this", Lyra says and leads him inside. They go to an old trainings place. The others start the experiments with Scott's van and Lyra watches it.
"Is that baby Scott?", Lyra asks them and is shocked. He should travel and don't get younger. Bruce sends Scott again away before he comes back as himself. Lyra can't believe this but also is shocked to see Bruce as Hulk in intelligent. She doesn't try to ask him what happened with him. He has left them with nothing more than a notice. She was mad but also knows that they need him.
"Tony?", Steve asks and Lyra turns around to see her father with Steves shield in his hand.
"Let me guess, baby and grandpa Scott come to you?", Tony asks, and everyone nods. Tony looks at Steve.
"That was in my garage. You should take it before the girls find it next winter", he says and gives it to Steve. Lyra remembers how Tony has taken the shield from Steve in a fight shirt before Morgan was born. He has hidden the shield like a treasure. Steve nods and holds it. Lyra laughs by the thoughts how the girls use Steve's shield to sledge on it.
"Okay. To get back to the topic. I found a solution for time travel", Tony says and looks at all, "We just need to make six teams. Clint and Lyra go for the soul stone. Steve, Scott and I are to the space stone, while Bruce gets the time stone. Thor, Loki and Rocket going for the reality stone. Pietro and Nebula take the power stone and Yelena goes for the mind stone", Tony says, and Lyra looks at him.
"No. Pietro doesn't do the time travel. It's too dangerous to let both of us go. Rocket can go with Nebula and Pietro stays here!", Lyra disagrees with Tony and don't want to risk that their daughter loses both parents. Pietro looks at her and doesn't like it.
"Why can't you stay? I should go", he asks her, and Lyra looks at him.
"I can't die but you can. And I don't tell Lia that you don't come home because of today!", Lyra says mad and looks at him. Clint and Bruce want to ask who Lia is but doesn't do it. Lyra looks at Pietro.
"Okay. I will wait here for you", he says and steps away from the group. Lyra becomes relieved and nods.
"Okay let's get ready", Lyra says, and everyone go change.
