(UNEXPECTED PARING ALERT!!!)

James was crazy nervous. He was currently in his room, getting ready for his first date with George. Like - holy shit - George?! George was perfect. He was funny, attractive, sweet, really goddamn dominating. Even just recalling the day George confessed to James gave him intense butterflies. He remembered George coming into his room a few days ago, changed the speakers in his ceiling to something romantic and was holding this bouquet of flowers.

James couldn't believe it because he'd had feelings for George since the day Niko introduced them. And now that they were living in a house together? Granted Niko and Aj also lived with them, but it was an actual dream come true.

James wasn't sure whether or not he should dress casual or go fancy, because George hadn't actually specified where he was taking him. So he decided to just wear a normal, casual outfit and throw a tie on top. He wasn't the best at fashion, so he wasn't really sure if he looked or not.

So James decided to call the only person with an actual fashion sense in this house.

Aj Shabeel.

"Fuck, Aj, I actually can't do this. I'm fucking freaking out man!" James said, standing in front of his full length mirror. He'd been fiddling with his tie for a couple minutes now, tying and untying it over and over again. Trying to get it perfect.

Aj laughed, "Bro you're overthinking this too much! You're gonna be fine man." He put his arm around James, patting his chest with his free hand.

"How?! This is my first ever date with a man! And George?! Fuck, George is perfect. I'm afraid I'm gonna say something stupid or do something stupid."

Aj had now turned James to face him and was doing up his tie for him properly. "But your stupidity is what George likes about you." Aj said sincerely, eyes still down on James' tie. "Personally, I don't get what he sees in you, you're like a man child."

James couldn't help but laugh at that. Getting Aj was definitely the right call here. James couldn't have thought of a single other person who could help calm him down better than his brother Aj.

Aj knew James needed something to calm him down right now, just like Sharky had done for him when he went on his first date with Niko. Aj placed his arms up on James's shoulders, shaking him gently.

"You're going to be fine! George is your best friend, he knows how weird you are and still asked you out anyways! I'm sure he'd be more freaked out if you started acting normal on the date."

"You're actually telling me to just be myself."

"In this situation? Yes." Aj said and then burst out laughing at this look of horror in James' face. "Fuck, I've never seen you this worked up before it's hilarious!"

"I think I'm gonna throw up, oh my lord-"

"Yeah no, the throwing up comes later. You know? When you're actually on the date." Aj said with a smirk, recalling the hot wings challenge he did with James once. And somehow the man actually throws up on every first date he's been on.

"Fuck- what if I actually yack in front of him?!"

"Again, he's your best friend. He's probably seen you do worse than throw up, James."

James admired Aj's calmness. It gave him a sense of security, that he might actually be taking this way too seriously for no reason.

James tugged Aj into a hug, which Aj reluctantly didn't fight. He knew that James probably needed this.
