Another Chaotic Day at the Dawson House

"Kiana, baby, at least listen to me. I'm sorry for being rough with you," I pleaded, trailing behind her like a lost puppy and clutching her dupatta.

"Jaan se maar dungi!" she snapped, glaring at me, but I didn't let go.

(I'll kill you!)

From the corner of my eye, I caught Kaira grinning while Rian smirked. Why the hell does he have my smirk? Damn genetics.

"You two—what are you laughing at?" I barked at them. Their smiles died instantly.

"Tigress, you can't punish me like this. It was your fault," I said, shrugging as if it were the most logical thing in the world.

"My fault?" she asked, scrunching her nose in anger. "How was it my fault?"

I smirked. "Was I the one saying, 'Jaan, faster, faster, please?'" I whispered low enough so the kids wouldn't hear, but her face turned crimson with embarrassment.

"Chii, ganda aadmi!" she hissed, looking away as I burst into laughter.

(Shh... Ew, mad man!)

"Gandi cheeze karne mein maza aata hai, par jo kiya usse sunne mein nahi aata?" I teased, tucking a stray lock of her hair behind her ear.

(You enjoy doing dirty things, but you can't handle hearing about them?)

"You're beautiful," I murmured, brushing my lips lightly against her cheek.

"What are you doing? The kids are watching!" she said, trying to create distance, but I pulled her closer by the waist.

"Let them watch. They should know how much their mom and dad love each other," I said, stealing a quick kiss while her eyes widened in shock.

"Come, let's have breakfast. After that, I'll eat my dessert later," I winked, walking toward the table where the kids were already waiting.

"Stop blushing, baby, or I might lose control," I teased as I pulled out her chair.

The house helps served breakfast. I loaded her plate with pancakes and gave the little monsters their cereal.

"Dadda, do you know today is Andrew's birthday? I made him a special gift!" Kaira announced happily, chewing her cereal. "Mumma helped me too," she added, beaming at Kiana.

My head snapped toward my wife.

"Show it to Dadda!" Kiana said encouragingly, and Kaira ran off to fetch her school bag.

"Tigress, baby, you know I hate him," I muttered, scowling. I glanced at Rian, who mirrored my expression. That's my boy.

"Ayaan, stop being jealous of your daughter's best friend," Kiana said, shrugging. Meanwhile, I was already devising ways to exile Andrew from my little princess's life.
