She has stopped surprising me now. I knew it. I fucking knew she would leave. And I let her. My security had their eyes on her constantly, they informed me the second she left my penthouse.
She left the day before yesterday evening. I know every single thing. From the flight she took to who came to pick her up from the airport when she reached Greece.
That fucker Vikramaditya. I don't care who he is, never bothered but now I want to know why the hell he came to personally pick her up.
She must have trusted him enough to tell him about her fears and be comfortable with him in his car. He must know her more than me. The side she hides from me. That's why he came.
How important must Meera be for him to put everything on pause, his business, his no-shows policy and everything else just to be her chauffeur?
I called Aarna. She did give me some important information about Meera, specifically where she keeps her meds usually and a few things that will help me in those situations. But I can't ignore the fact that she told me everything reluctantly.
I want to know more. Not by looking up her medical records but by actually talking about it with her or anyone willing.
Manohar POV
" I don't think what we did was wrong. " Ranveer says slowly savoring the Whiskey I bought for him.
" I know we didn't. But from here, the kids have to deal with their issues on their own." I say. He looks at me carefully like he always does.
Mostly when he wants to intermediate a person to make them speak more or he is just trying to figure things out.
" Is there something I should know? " I ask.
" No, not at all. I....." He pauses.
" I am now sure things will work out on their own. Even if they didn't my son will make them work." He says with a proud shine in his eyes.
" And how are you so sure." Because I am also sure Meera will try her best to build her walls higher so that Madhav won't climb them.
