Jennie stood in front of the mirror, draped in an ethereal white lace gown that seemed to glow under the soft, golden light. She adjusted the shimmering necklace that rested elegantly against her collarbone, each gem catching the light as it danced over her skin. Her fingers grazed her curled hair, tucking a loose strand behind her ear. A gentle, almost nervous smile played on her lips as she took in her own reflection.

“Unnie, you look so beautiful,” Lisa whispered in awe, eyes wide as she gazed at Jennie. “I mean… someone’s going to lose his mind when he sees you like this,” she added, grinning with a mischievous glint.

“Stop it, Lisa,” Jennie muttered, blushing as she picked up the small bouquet of soft pink and white roses resting on the side table. “Or we’ll be late.”

Lisa chuckled, following closely behind. “Right, wouldn’t want to keep anyone waiting on such a special day,” she teased, a hint of excitement in her voice.

Jennie felt her heart pound as they walked through the halls, the gentle murmur of music and laughter echoing from the grand ballroom. Her mind raced with anticipation, her emotions a mixture of joy and nervousness. As they reached the entrance, she took a deep breath, ready to step into the room filled with family, friends, and—she thought with a quickened heartbeat

As she entered the venue , her eyes caught sight of a familiar figure standing at the end of the aisle—Jisoo, glowing in a beautiful white gown that hugged her figure before flowing into a soft train. The lace details shimmered softly in the light, and her hair was swept up in a simple yet elegant style, with tiny pearls woven through her veil. Her eyes sparkled with joy, her warm smile filling the room with happiness.

“Unnie, you look so beautiful,” Jennie murmured, taking in every detail of her best friend’s joy.

Jisoo gave her a playful huff, glancing at her watch. “Two minutes late on my wedding day? How are you planning to make it up to me?” she teased, her eyes sparkling with mischief.

From behind, Lisa chimed in, laughing, “Told you, Jennie, we shouldn’t keep anyone waiting on her special day!”

“Oh, this is all your fault, Lisa,” Jennie said, rolling her eyes, though a smile tugged at her lips as everyone shared in the laughter.

Jennie looked around the room, scanning for the groom. She raised an eyebrow, a mischievous smile tugging at her lips. “So, where’s the groom? Late for his own wedding, huh? How’s he planning to make up for that?”

"He'll be here soon," Jisoo murmured, glancing away to hide the soft blush coloring her cheeks.

Jennie shook her head in disbelief, her eyes still wide with surprise. "I can’t believe you’re getting married, unnie! I had no idea you were even dating—Rosé didn’t say a word when she visited me the other day!"

"Well, you never asked," Rosé chimed in with a smirk, joining the group as she adjusted her own dress.

Jisoo looked around at her three bridesmaids, her eyes filling with gratitude and a touch of humor. "So, all of my bridesmaids are here. But seriously, couldn’t you have toned it down a little?" she teased, feigning a pout. "It’s supposed to be my special day!"

Rosé laughed, admiring Jisoo with a genuine smile. "You’re joking, right, unnie? You look so breathtaking that we can’t even come close!"

Lisa nudged Jennie playfully. "Yeah, and besides, someone had to look a little extra today. You know, give it her all to impress a certain someone,” she teased, throwing Jennie a mischievous grin.

Jennie rolled her eyes, a blush creeping up her cheeks. "Lisa, don’t even start," she muttered, but a smile tugged at her lips as laughter filled the room.
