"Today the results are coming back right? For your entrance exam?" Momo asked, the girl doing her best friend's hair. Izuku nodded, fiddling with the locket around his neck.

"Mm... though I know I passed... pretty sure I got at least 98% on the written exam, and I have 47 points for the practical... so I'll make through the top 5 I think... and congrats for your exam... everyone's been talking about it... your practical was a race right...?" The younger smiled and nodded, tying off one of the greenie's braids.

"It was, I came in fourth. Barely made it past, um, Setsuna Tokage I think it was. Though she'll make it to U.A. as well since the one who came in first decided not to come to U.A.. It's a shame, he had a really useful quirk." She sighed and continued working on the older's hair. Izuku was tracing over the floral design of his locket, before he hid it under his shirt when Itami came in, a few friends behind him, and an envelope in hand.

"Hi blackberry! Having fun doing the loser's hair?" He laughed, and Momo sweat dropped a bit. She didn't really like the nickname, but never said anything against it. Izuku found it amusing though, and often mocked Itami in private by using said nickname. Of course, the pink haired teen had no knowledge of this, and the fact she never told him to stop with the nickname fueled his delusional fantasies.

"Is that Izuku's letter?" She asked, ignoring his rude comment.

"It is actually. We came to open it for him so we can watch all his dreams crumble." Itami laughed, and the greenie raised a brow. He's in for a treat. Has he not noticed how much he's trained? The pink haired boy opened the letter, placing the projector in the centre of the dorm. Some other orphans entered the room, intrigued. Some of the youngest ones went over to sit by Momo and Izuku, since at this point they didn't have their quirks yet, and didn't really understand how being quirkless made the greenie a 'loser'.

"I AM HERE! As a projection!" The children's faces lit up at the sight of All Might, and the teens in the room looked stunned.

"It's All Might!"

"It's really him!"

"He's going to teach at U.A.!"

They giggled, and Momo laughed lightly with them. Izuku looked at the smiling faces before focusing back on the projection, which was now displaying a board of the top 10 participants, and any snarky comments Itami had planned were destroyed when seeing the greenie in first place, with 47 villain points, and 45 rescue points.

"Where did rescue points come from?" His friend asked, and the boy just shrugged, braiding a younger girl's hair.

"That's amazing Izuku!"

"When I grow up, I'll make it in first like you!"

"Nuh uh! I'll make it in first!" The children squabbled, drowning out All Might's voice, but they didn't need to hear it after Itami crushed it with his foot. The kids went quiet as the pink haired boy left the room, furious, with his friends following behind him.

At least Katsuki came second.

How dare this Izuku person beat him? Katsuki was pissed, but knew his parents would be proud either way, and Inko would still be happy with it. He got into the top 3, just like he said he would. However, everyone at school didn't let him live it down.

"Second? I thought you said you'd get first?"

"I'm just shocked he made it into the top 3, considering he's drinking underage."

"With a quirk like his, I thought he'd make it in first place easily."

"Maybe he's still affected from that villain."

"Or it's the alcohol taking its toll on him."

The rumours irritated him to no end, and he had the very strong urge to blow up the next person who mentions him. None of them even applied, so who are they to say anything? And what's with everyone talking about the sludge villain? That was 10 months ago! They wouldn't even manage a single point if they were in the exams, probably sprain their ankle and give up. That's why being the first from his school to enter U.A. would be a huge title for him.

"Honestly, those idiots shouldn't even think they're in the same ring as me. They can't do anything for themselves. Don't you think, Auntie?" He sat by the grave, dead flowers in hand as he looked at the newly placed ones.

"They're spreading rumours of me, saying I'm weak, when most of them can't even fathom the stuff an actual hero does. Honestly, they're the definition of pathetic." The blonde scoffed as he stood up, before giving a small bow and leaving.

"See you next week Auntie..." He walked out of the graveyard, leaving the dead flowers on the pile by a dying tree like always, then headed back home, hands in his pockets. He didn't pay much attention to his surroundings, before he heard a familiar voice.

"Would you stop following me Itami...? I don't need a supervisor... I'm not a kid..." It was the stranger with green hair. He didn't need to look up to figure that out, and Katsuki almost bolted away, before realizing he'd look stupid, and just ended up speed walking away from the voice. He was not going to deal with nausea today thank you very much.
