Richmond, Virginia.
That was the new plan. Noah had told us about how his community had a wall, homes, about 20 people. It was our best option, our only option, really. But we had one small problem.
Eugene.
He was still knocked out, and by us waiting around, it became riskier as the herd was moving closer and closer to us.
"We can't just leave him." Tara said, placing her hands on her hips.
"Then where do you suggest we put him?" Sasha seethed, "He lied to us! Who knows what else he's lying about!"
"Sasha." Tyresse interfered, trying to get his sister to rethink her harsh words.
"Look, we'll find another car, and travel with him in it until he wakes up." Maggie said to ease the tension.
"IF he wakes up you mean." Sasha retored.
"He's not dead!" Tara exclaimed, "Eugene isn't strong. He isn't fast. He doesn't know how to use a weapon. He had one skill that kept him living. Are we supposed to be mad at him 'cause he used it?" Tara asked the group, which she was met with silence.
After a moment of silence, Rick spoke up, "We go with Maggie's plan. We find another car, and we head to Richmond."
"I'll stay here with him." Maggie volunteered.
"So will I." Tara agreed.
Tyresse, Gabriel, Abraham, Carl, Carol and Rosita stayed behind as well with the kids, while Rick, Glenn, Sasha, Daryl, and myself left on foot to find supplies and hopefully another car.

" Scottsdale is about a mile up the road." I said as I looked at the map. "Hopefully we can get what we need and get the hell outta here."
"We wouldn't even be in this mess if Eugene wouldn't have lied." Sasha grumbled.
"And where do you think we'd be? Huh?" Daryl finally spoke. It was the first time he's spoken on the whole Eugene incident. "Not at the hell hole of a church, and damn sure not at Terminus." He swung his arm wildly. "So quit your bitchin' and try and find a damn ride."
Sasha stood back in shock. Daryl hadn't raised his voice with her ever. It was something he was working on. His fuse ever since I met him was very short, and he hardly tolerated bullshit. Hell if the old Daryl was still here, he would have done the same as Abraham if not worse. But ever since the prison, i've seen a different side to him. I think he's come to see everyone as his family, especially Rick.
"Knock it off." Rick scolded, "We're here. Alright, Glenn, Sasha, and myself will take the left side of town, Jordyn you and Daryl take the right. Make it quick."
We spotted a pharmacy nearby, I crossed my fingers just hoping there were supplies in here that we could use. Especially for Eugene. I checked the shelves, most were empty, except for a few bottles of pain relievers. I grabbed the two bottles and shoved them into my backpack.
"This place ain't got shit."
I turned around to see Daryl with his crossarm propped up against his shoulder as he scanned the shelves.
"Are you okay?" I asked, looking over his face for any indication to my question.
He was silent for a moment as he averted my gaze, before finally speaking.
"Gotta be." He said in a quiet gravelly voice.
I walked towards him, grabbing his calloused hand that wasn't supporting his crossbow.
