Madeline's Pov
Madeline woke up to the warmth of her fiancée's body beside her. She moved to face Alya, her soon-to-be wife, and gently caressed her face. Leaning in, she leaned over to kiss her lips. With that, Alya woke up.
"I'm sorry for waking you up. You're too pretty to resist, but good morning," Madeline said as she leaned over again to claim her lips.
"You silly, good morning," Alya responded with a smile.
"You can go back to sleep while I cook our breakfast," Madeline exclaimed as she was about to get up but stopped by her fiancée.
"I'll go with you then," Alya exclaimed, sitting up beside her.
So together, they headed to the kitchen. After a moment of talking and laughing, the food was ready as soon as Madeline was done setting the put in the table they begun digging the food.
In the middle of their breakfast, Alya couldn't resist asking the question that was bugging her.
"Love, are you sure about the arranged marriage for your sister?" Alya asked, her voice filled with concern.
"Yeah, it's the only way for our company to expand and also a way for Chloe and my sister to separate. I don't want Chloe for my sister, so I arranged this marriage," Madeline responded, her voice firm but gentle.
"Do you think it's cruel? Chloe is kind; she doesn't deserve it," Alya exclaimed, her eyes filled with emotion.
"And It's my fault, isa ako sa rason kung bakit sila nag hiwalay," dagdag pa nito.
Madeline reached across the table and took Alya's hand, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "I know it's difficult, but I believe it's the right decision for everyone involved. Hindi niya deserved ang kapatid ko, my sister deserves someone who can provide for her and her daughter not just money and lust but love. And It's not about cruelty it's about making the best choice for my sister's future. Ginagawa ko lang ang trabaho ko bilang kapatid niya. And also it's not your fault love, Chole is just cunning gusto niya lahat napapasakanya," Sagot niya kay alya.
Alya sighed, taking Madeline's words to heart. "I just don't want to see Chloe hurt, kaibigan ko pa rin siya" she admitted.
"I know, and I appreciate your concern. But trust me, this is the best way to ensure my sister's future," Madeline assured her, giving Alya's hand one last reassuring squeeze before letting go.
Meanwhile
Chole woke up in an unfamiliar room, as she roam her eyes a sudden realization hits her.
"Motherfucker, you've got to be kidding me," she exclaimed as she grab the robe and immediately went downstairs.
"Lilia, lilia," she scream.
"Stop screaming Chole, it's early in the morning, neighbors might thing you're hurting," lilia sarcastly reponded.
Chole immediately went to Lilia as she aggressively grab her wrists. "Did something happened to us, last night?" Chole asked as she tighten her grip into lilia's wrists.
"Chole stop you're hurting me," Lilia exclaimed trying to escape from Chole's grip.
"Just answer the damn question Lilia," Chole scream again.
"Wala, walang nangyari saatin," Sigaw ni lilia kay Chole.
After hearing her response, Chole decided to release the grip.
"Dapat nga meron, dahil yun ang binabalak ko, I want you to be mine Chole, gusto konako lang, you're the greatest thing that happen in my life, na kahit alam kung masasaktan ako pinipilit ko pa rin ang sarili ko sayo, ganon kita ka mahal Chole, but it hurts, masakit na pala. Last night when you pushed me, just because I was trying to change your clothes, you keep in saying na you're not Yve, like Oo na! Hindi ako si Yve, and in that moment I realized na wala na talaga you're not interested, na kahit dati pa man ginagamit mo lang ako, but Chole I can't, hindi ko matanggap, bakit hindi mo ako magawang piliin" pagpapaliwanang niya habang lumuluha.
Samantala, hindi rin mapigilan ni Chole na mapaluha, dahil ramdam niya ang sakit, dahil ganoon din siya dati, hindi pinili.
Kaya lumapit ito at yinakap ang dalaga.
"I'm sorry, but mas lalo mo lang sasaktan ang sarili mo kung ipipilit pa natin, alam kung makakahanap ka ng taong susuklian ang pagmamahal mo, hindi katulad ng ginawa ko sayo, sinaktan kita for all those years, napaka- wala kung kwentang tao, that's why you deserve better and it's not me," Chole exclaimed.
Napatigin na lamang si Lilia kay Chole, at yumakap ito mg mahigpit. Alam niya sa sarili na mahal niya ito subalit masasaktan sita kung ipipilit pa niya.
"I'm sorry," ani ni Lilia.
"No, I'm sorry, wala kang kasalan dahil nagmahal ka lang naman, so don't blame yourself," Chole said as she kiss Lilia's forehead.
Time Skip
Yve pulled up to the school and saw her daughter running towards the car, a piece of paper in hand. "Mommy," her daughter said, as she kissed Yve's cheek.
"Hi baby, how was school?" Yve asked, smiling at her excited daughter.
"It was great, Mommy. Kinda boring because I already knew the lesson, but this is what I'm excited about," her daughter said, showing the paper to Yve.
Yve took the paper and read it. Her face lit up with understanding as she saw the excitement in her daughter's eyes. "I can't wait to go to school tomorrow. I've never experienced something like this before, so I'm really looking forward to it," her daughter explained, bouncing up and down.
Yve felt a pang of guilt. She had a busy schedule the next day and wouldn't be able to accompany her daughter. But seeing the pure joy on her daughter's face, she knew she couldn't let her down.
"Oh, this is actually really exciting," Yve replied, trying to hide her unease.
"Yeah, I can't wait for tomorrow!" her daughter said, jumping up and down in excitement.
