Mar and Robby bowed to each other before they high-fived, both laughing as Robby picked up Mar and spun her.

Johnny smiled fondly as he watched the two. He was ecstatic about them reconciling. He was the second biggest Marobby shipper. Right after Felix.

"Alright, that's enough, lovebirds." Daniel smiled with a shake of his head. "Good luck today. All of you. Just give me a second and then we can leave. Mar, can you stay back for a sec?"

"Uh, yeah." Mar replied, glancing to Robby before she made her way towards Daniel with folded arms. "Hi."

"Listen, I know we haven't been that close lately." Daniel told the girl softly. "But you know you can talk to me, right?"

"Um, yeah, I do." Mar said softly as she glanced off to the side before looking back to Daniel. The man shot her a look before he sighed, resting his hand on her back.

"Come with me." Daniel said, Mar immediately nodding. She shot one last glance to Robby before she followed after Daniel.

The Larusso man led Mar a few feet away, down the stairs of the place they had finished training at.

There was a small fountain, Daniel sitting on the edge before patting it. Mar quickly sat down next to the man, looking to him curiously.

"Before I got.. kidnapped.. I was going to talk to you about your father." Daniel told the girl causing her to furrow her brows in confusion. "I saw the message from Orion that day at the tournament."

Mar's eyebrows remained furrowed in confusion before her lips parted, her brows relaxing in realization.

"I hated that you kept that to yourself, Mar." Daniel told the girl with a deep frown. "You're like my daughter. And Robby and Felix are like my sons. I know I haven't acted like it lately but I'm here for you. All of you."

"I miss the old times so much." Mar's eyes watered slightly. "Me, Robby, Sam, Felix and Demetri. In the old dojo. Simpler times."

"Don't miss it." Daniel told the girl with a smile. "It's not just us now. Miyagi-Do is shared with all of these kids and Johnny. It's perfect now. We're all in this together."

"Not all of us." Mar murmured out as she looked to her lap, tucking her hair behind her ear. Daniel sighed.

"Are you nervous to fight Tory?" Daniel asked the girl softly. Mar twisted her lips to the side in thought.

"Not really nervous, just.. sad?" Mar scrunched her face before she sighed exasperatedly. "I really wanted her and Alyssa to be on our side. I wanted to fight with them, not against them."

"I know it sucks, but they made their decision." Daniel gave the girl a weak smile. "It saddens me too, but we can't let it affect us too much. Tory and Alyssa are good girls who were just brainwashed by Kreese again. They realized the truth once and they will realize it again. We may be on different sides right now, but everything will fall back into place. You just have to trust the process."

Mar stared at her sensei in thought for a moment before she smiled with a firm nod. "You're right. Thanks, uncle Daniel."

"There it is!" Daniel grinned widely before he pulled the girl into a tight hug. "Oh, I've been waiting for that."

Mar laughed as she held unto the man's hand as he squeezed her playfully before pulling away. Daniel stared at her.

"How do you feel now?" Daniel asked the girl.
"Now that your dad is out of his coma, you and Robby are back together and you're in the semi-finals?"

"I feel good." Mar smiled before it fell. She frowned deeply. "So good, that I have this aching feeling in my chest that something bad is going to happen. It's like killing me, because what if it's me losing and disappointing everyone?"
