"I GOT INTO UCLA!"

Mar squealed as she jumped into Robby's arms excitedly, wrapping her legs around him. Robby smiled widely as he spun with the girl.

"Oh my God, Mar!" Felix laughed as he stood up from his seat at the dining table. Michael, Orion and Martha followed suit.

"That's amazing, honey." Michael grinned as Robby put her down. Michael hugged the girl tightly.

"The smartest and most badass chick I know!" Martha laughed as she hugged Mar after she had pulled away from Michael.

"I'm so proud of you, I knew you could do it." Michael said softly, causing Mar to turn to him with a smile.

The girl hugged the man tightly, shutting her eyes. He hugged back even mire tighter. Mar then let go and looked to her family.

"I'm so glad I got into the same college as my mom." Mar grinned as she finally pulled away from her father.

"Your mom is a legend at UCLA." Martha hummed as she sat back down on a chair. "Only sorority girl to become a valedictorian."

"She was throwing it down but picking it right back up." Miguel hummed with a nod, causing Orion to smile sadly.

"She told me she hated college." Orion said, causing Mar to look to him with a curious look. "Martha always believed that college was a waste of time. She just went because her parents forced her to."

"I thought Grandma and Grandpa died before she started college?" Mar asked with furrowed brows.

"That's my parents." Michael said with a pointed finger, causing the girl to furrow her brows. "Lilith's mom died when she was in high school, and her dad died a year or two before you were born."

"Oh." Mar frowned, looking off to the side in thought. Michael hummed with a nod. There was then a short silence.

"Okay, well, now that everyone's here.." Orion cleared his throat as he glanced to Martha before looking to the kids. "There's an.. announcement of sorts."

"You don't have to add that last bit, it sounds like you're confused." Martha rolled her eyes and stuck her tongue out playfully to the man. He smiled widely.

Orion cleared his throat. "So, this is new.. and-"

"Martha and Orion are together!" Michael had blurted put, causing Martha to groan in annoyance. "Ha! I said it first!"

"Oh my God, wait really?" Mar asked with widened eyes, exchanging a look with an also surprised Felix while Martha slapped Michael on his back. The man groaned in pain.

"When- when did this happen?" Felix asked shocked as he looked to his mom. "That's a bit unexpected."

"It definitely is." Orion agreed, earning a playful glare from Martha. "But.. it all just happened so quickly. We realized about our newcome feelings were walking together on the beach in Barcelona."

"Is the beach in Barcelona some sort of magic?" Felix smirked, causing Robby to chuckle and Mar to glare at her brother. She smacked his chest as she looked to Orion and Martha with a grin.

"I'm so happy for you both, seriously." Mar said softly to the couple who smiled in appreciation to the girl.

"You two seem like a good match." Robby said with a small smile, pulling Mar back to him. "I guess that makes Mar and Felix legally siblings again?"
