"Kamala why are you fighting this?". I sighed as I sat behind my desk and stared at him. "I don't want you. What part of that do you not understand?". I heard a knock at the door, hoping it was Tiffany.
"Come in". I yelled out. Tiffany walked in with a bright smile on her face until she seen Doug. I sighed and let out a soft smile, "Doug was just leaving". My secret agent came in and escorted Doug out of my office. Once the door clicked I let out a deep sigh of relief. Tiffany ran over to me, "baby are you okay?. What did he do?". I sighed as i hugged her tightly. She hugged me back not saying anything. I sighed, "he kept trying to get me to come back to him and i constantly told him no.. and I seen you walk in and I didn't want you to over think".
Tiffany sighed and let out a reassuring smile. "I trust you Kamala. I just wanted to make sure you were okay". I smiled and pulled her into a kiss. We pulled away and let out a soft laugh. She sighed, "I took pictures of the event and I thought I'd show you". I smiled as she kneeled beside me and showed me the pictures. "Omg this looks so beautiful.. you did a great job planning all of this. Thank you baby". Tiffany smiled and kissed my lips softly.

After so many meetings about the whole party me and Kamala decided to go grab lunch together. We went to this small business and she talked to the owners. "I love what you guys are doing, continue to thrive and grow". She hugged everyone and a smile grew on my face. Seeing her smile and be as loving to others made me move her even more.
"Me and my.. assistant would like to try some of you guy's food. What's the best thing on the menu". The owners gave us a list of things and it was time to pay.
Kamala pulled out her card and I pushed her hand back, "I got it". I swiped my card and let out a smirk at Kamala, she smiled as she placed her card back into her wallet. I grabbed the bag of food and Kamala grabbed our drinks.
We headed back to the black truck and we made our way back to the White House. We held hands the whole car ride enjoying the silence. I couldn't help but to think, is she really gonna tell the world about us?. If she doesn't this time I don't think we could continue this.. I'll just let things flow but I'm praying she tells them..

Me and Kamala sat in her office as we tried their food. We both rated it and had a few conversations about other things. Kamala sighed, "so when am I gonna meet your parents tiff?". I sighed as I took a sip of my drink, "honestly. I don't know, I haven't called my mom in a while so maybe I could ask her to come down here this weekend". Kamala nodded and let out a soft smile. But then she sighed, "how would your mom feel about you dating a 60 year old woman?". I sighed as I took a spoon full of my food and ate it. "Honestly.. i don't care what she'd think. As long as I'm happy that's all that matters. We're both grown".
Kamala smiled and so did I.
