Me and Tiffany got home and packed up all of our things. The room was a bit silent nothing but our bags zipping up.
I went back into the closet and took off my clothes and I placed on a long sleeve black shirt with black pants and my converses. I grabbed my apron and threw it into my bag. Tiffany sighed as she placed her bags at the door.
I looked over at her, "baby do you mind taking my bags to the door". She smiled as she looked up at me. "Of course baby". She grabbed my bag and made her way back to the living room. I grabbed my purse, wallet and my phone. I walked out of the bedroom as my secret agent started to take our bags to the car.
I grabbed my coat and so did Tiffany. I placed my gloves on and I grabbed my hat. Tiffany opened the door and let me walk out first. She closed and locked the door behind us and grabbed my hand as we made our way to the car. The secret agent stood there with the door opened waiting for us to get in.
We slid into the backseat. I buckled myself in and so did Tiffany. "Shit it's cold". I said as the door closed behind me. Tiffany laughed as she stared at me. "Your nose is super red baby". I looked Into the mirror and she was right. "Dammit".
Tiffany joked around, "Rudolph the red nose reindeer". I laughed as I hit her shoulder. She laughed uncontrollably. I rolled my eyes as I stared out of the window.
Tiffany hand slid onto my lap as she interlocked her fingers with mine. We held hands the entire ride. It felt so peaceful. I loved moments like this.

We arrived at the Airbnb that Meena picked out. Me and Tiffany got out of the car and held hands as we walked down the driveway. We made it to the front door and I knocked hard three times.
Meena opened the door with a smile. "Come in in guys!". My nieces ran up and gave me a big hug. I kissed their foreheads. They ran over to Tiffany and hugged her tightly as she picked them both up carrying them on her hip. "Hello beautiful ladies. You guys have gotten so big".
Tiffany put them down as she took her coat off. Meena gave me and Tiffany a hug. After we pulled away I took of my hat, gloves and my coat. I seen maya come into the living room, "heyy sissy". She screamed out. We both laughed as we hugged tightly.
She finally pulled away. "Well hello Tiffany it's nice seeing you". Her and Tiffany both hugged tightly. Tiffany smiled, "it's nice to see you as well". I grabbed my apron out of my bag and I placed it on me.
"Okay now momala has to get to prepare dinner for tomorrow". I strolled to the kitchen as everyone laughed at me.

*Tiffany's Pov*
Me and Meena recorded Kamala a few times. We also had to help peel the yams and the carrots. But for the most part it was nice being able to be around her wonderful family. I sat down on the couch as I scrolled through social media. I seen everyone's preparing thanksgiving meals and their family pictures.
As I posted some videos and pictures of me and Kamala I heard a knock at the door. I got up quickly and walked over to the door. As I opened it i seen my mom, "mom?".
She smiles graciously. "Let me in girl it's cold out there". I moved out of the way in shock. As I looked around I seen everyone recording me. "Wait. Did you guys plan this?". Kamala walked over to me and grabbed me by my waist.
"We wanted to invite your mom over. Happy thanksgiving baby". I smiled brightly as our lips connected with a kiss. We both pulled away. Me and my mom hugged tightly. "It's nice to see you again baby". I smiled as we pulled away. "It's nice to see you as well mom".
she walked away with Kamala as they made their way to the kitchen. It felt nice seeing Kamala and my mom grow and bond. I didn't think about anything but just happiness and being surrounded by family.

I pulled out my phone as I recorded Meena and Kamala. I smiled behind the phone. Kamala said, "you're not like cutting it, you're just peeling it". I laughed behind the camera. Meena sighed, " okay actually, believe it or not I do know how to peel". I watched Meena peel the carrot and me and Kamala laughed uncontrollably.
I stopped recording and uploaded it on Instagram. Meena laughed, "I know you're not video tapping me". Kamala laughed as she chopped of celery. "Karmas a bitch". We all laughed uncontrollably. It felt nice being able to be myself around her family. It felt good.
Me and Kamala decided to take a seat inside of this sitting room away from the chaos. I sighed deeply, "I'm having a really good time being around you and your family". Kamala nodded and smiled brightly. "I'm glad you're enjoying yourself. And gosh, your mom really knows how to make some cheesy Mac".
I laughed into my glass as I took a sip of my wine. "She's been the queen of Mac and cheese since I was a teen.. trust me it's gonna taste good". Kamala nodded as she took a sip of her wine. She sighed as she placed her hand on my thigh. "I know we're having a great time spending quality time with family.. I would like to spend some alone time with you tonight".
I smirked as I stared into her eyes. I whispered, "Kamala.. not while your family is here". She laughed a little as she drunk her whole glass. "So?. My nieces are asleep, I'm done cooking for tonight and your mom is getting ready for bed.. plus our room is in the basement. We're gonna be fine". I rolled my eyes playfully and let out a smirk.
"Fine. Let's go". She smirked as she grabbed my hand leading me downstairs to the basement. We walked into our bedroom and closed the door behind us. Kamala smirked slightly, "let's take a shower together, come on". I bit down on my lip as she pulled me into the bathroom.
