Didn't mean it

"...atleast im not covered in a blanket of scar."
Wade sat thinking. He knew Logan didn't mean it, but it still hurt, you know, for your boyfriend to come at your looks like that. Especially when it was something like scars which, in Wades case, are linked to a traumatic experience.
"..no wonder why you've never had successful relationships before me."
"God, just shut your mouth!"
"Annoying"
"Disgusting"
"Scar face"
(Insert more harsh insults)
Wade couldn't help but think about them, all the things he gets called. Not just by Logan but mainly him along with others. They usually don't have any sort of effect on him, but today they stung.

Logan was making his way back to the flat he shared with Wade, Blind Al, and Mary Puppins. He had to apologise to Wade, and he knew he had to do it sooner or later. He didn't mean to attack the man's looks. He just got caught in a blind rage.
He felt guilty. All Wade did was ask him a question, a stupid question that now thinking about it, he should've laughed it was funny. Wade was just trying to cheer him up in the only way he knew how. Humour. And he had just blown up on him.
Walking into the apartment, he found Wade on the pull out sofa bed where the two slept. He had his knees to his chest, and his head rested upon his knees. God, he's gorgeous. Is all Logan could think as he looked at the man? How could he have told him any different?
"Bubs?"
Snapping out of it upon hearing his voice, Wades blank expression turns happy as he smiles at his partner.
"Hey peanut, what's up?"
Logan took a seat next to Wade, taking the man's scared hand into his calloused ones.
"I-im sorry bubba...i shouldnt have said those things i was just fucking angry and i shouldnt have taken it out on you"
Wade looked up at Logan.
"Really?"
Wade asked, confused, he had been annoying he deserved it. Didn't he?
"Really. You did nothing wrong. Ok?"
Wade nodded slowly as he gently rested his head onto the older males shoulder.
"Hey, bub? You ok?"
Logan asks gently tracing the scars on Wades hands.
Wade is silent for a moment before.
"I...was annoying i deserved it.."
Logan looked at him, how could he think that? Sure sometimes he goes a bit too over board but still, he doesn't deserve to be put down like that all cause of his bad mood.
"No you dont deserve it."
Logan paused, his thumb rubbing circles on Wades.
"I know your childhood wasnt great, but now you have me, and im gonna make sure you know how much i love you and cherish you."
Wade looked up at Logan his eyes watery but no tears would fall.
"Thank you, peanut"
"Of course bubs, anything for you."
