Reece parked his car on the driveway quickly. The siblings both rushed to the door, anxious about what the rush was all about. Reece knocked on the door while Autumn rang the doorbell.
Charlotte went to move, but Mia held onto her before messaging Reece to tell that it's unlocked. The sound of the front door opening made Charlotte jump slightly. "Mia!" Reece shouted, clearly panicking. "Living room." She called back. Reece came in quietly, shortly followed by Autumn.
"What's going on? Are you okay? Has something happened?" Reece questioned anxiously. Mia rolled her eyes at him before standing up and pulling him in for a hug. "Who have you murdered?" He asked quietly. "Reece, shut up. Nothing bad has happened. You can tell that by Charlottes face. Give it a rest." Autumn told him coldly before sitting herself down next to Charlotte, placing her hand on her knee gently.
"Mia, what is going on then!" Reece snapped as he held onto mias arm. "Stop!" She shouted at him before pushing him away. "Baby, come here." Charlotte whispered as she stood up and held her arms out to Mia. She quickly stepped into Charlotte's chest, hiding her head as she tried to calm herself. "Hes not trying to hurt you baby, hes just anxious about what we need to tell them." Charlotte hushed while tracing patterns on her back before reaching her hand out to Reece to comfort him. "It's overwhelming me." She whispered as Charlotte felt her shoulder getting damp. "Amelia why dont you go and get a drink and i will talk to dickhead and his sister." She whispered as Mia nodded, quickly walking out the room.
"Give her some time. She will be okay. Anyway, sorry for the panic, but Mia has decided she's giving up travelling and wanted to tell you both." Charlotte spoke calmly as Autumn held her breath slightly. "S-shes staying?" She questioned, making Charlotte nod. "Well, she said if it gets really hard, she might go for the odd little trip here and there but not for as long." Charlotte spoke while remembering their conversation. "Omg, she's finally healing," Autumn whispered quietly.

After a few minutes passed, Mia walked back in. Autumn spotted her before standing up. She made her way over to Mia and just wrapped her arms around her. "You will always be my big sister, and i am so proud of you. It's a big step, but you are safe now, and we are all here." She told her as Mia held her closer. You could tell it was a moment that they both needed. "You will always be my little sis, i know you can stand your ground but im right here for you. All you have to do is say, and i will come running." Mia mumbled to Autumn.
"Get over here, you dick head." Reece told her as she let go of Autumn. "Come here, you. If you scare the shit out of me like that again, you better run, " he teased before pulling the red head against his chest. "Im so proud of you for how far you have come." He told Mia before walking her over to Charlotte and letting go. "What is this past the parcel?" She asked sarcastically. "This isn't a big deal, im staying at home and not going on holiday. Wow, big deal." She told them seriously. "Oh shut up, you know this is a big deal, so drop the sass." Reece told her while earning a glare from Autumn.
"I better call Marj and let her know that she won't be getting any more postcards. I know she loves it when i send them." Mia laughed, but Reece rolled his eyes. "She keeps them, but i always have to hear about it, so thank you for that, mia." He teased, rolling his eyes.
"I knew you had a soft spot for her, deep down." Charlotte whispered as she playfully poked Mias side. "I mean, i dont hate her like i used to." Mia said honestly.

A couple of hours past before reece and Autumn left. Once the front door was finally shut Mia let out a breath before throwing herself at Charlotte. "Please, just hold me." She whispered into her ear. Charlotte waisted no time and wrapped her arms tightly around her trembling girlfriend. "Do you want to talk beautiful?" She asked quietly while pushing her hair out of her face carefully but she shook her head. "Im stuck now i have told them im staying." She whispered but Charlotte shook her head.
"You are never stuck. If you feel like you need to go, then i will drop you at the airport and then pick you up again. You are never trapped." Charlotte whispered nervously as she felt Mias breathing increasing. "Come with me." Charlotte whispered as she walked them both outside to try and calm her girlfriend back down. "I've got you, baby." Charlotte whispered as they stood in the garden together. "You are still free, my baby." Charlotte whispered as Mia clung to her.
After a while of being stood in the garden, mia took a shaky breath. "Can we go in now, please?" She asked quietly as Charlotte nodded, walking her back inside. "Do you want me to make us your favourite pasta dish, and we can have cuddles?" Charlotte asked, but Mia shook her head and held on tightly to her girlfriend. "Okay, i will stay with you." Charlotte whispered as she helped Mia sit down before sitting next to her. The red head wrapped her arms around Charlotte tightly while hiding her head in her chest. Her eyes started to flutter closed as Charlotte played with her hair gently. "You have a nap, beautiful." She hushed as she pulled a blanket over her sleeping girlfriend.
