The bus finally pulled into the resort parking lot early in the morning, the warm Goan air greeting everyone with its salty breeze. Excited murmurs filled the air as the students climbed down, taking in the lush greenery and the vibrant vibe of the place. The college had booked an impressive resort with separate wings for boys and girls, ensuring everyone had their own space.
Inside the lobby, teachers handed out room keys to pairs of students, and the chaos of assignments began. When Abhishek and Shubman realized they had been paired together, they exchanged a look of mutual dismay."Of all people, I had to get you," Abhishek muttered, wrinkling his nose.
"Right back at you," Shubman retorted, crossing his arms.
Both begrudgingly took their key, but their eyes were already searching for a way out of this arrangement.
Meanwhile, Ishan sir and Mayank had been paired together. Mayank, shy and reserved as ever, didn't seem to mind sharing a room with Ishan sir, Ishan, on the other hand, was blissfully unaware of the mischief brewing in Abhishek and Shubman's minds.
The two troublemakers wasted no time approaching their respective partners. Abhishek cornered Mayank, pleading his case dramatically. "Mayu, please, you have to switch! Do you really want to share a room with Ishan sir when you could room with me? Think of the fun we'll have!"
Mayank, blushing but clearly fond of Abhishek, hesitated for a moment before agreeing shyly. "If you say so..."
On the other hand, Shubman walked straight up to Ishan, who was busy organizing his bags. "Sir," Shubman began smoothly, "I think it's better if I share a room with you. Abhishek and Mayank would be more comfortable together. It just makes sense."
Ishan tilted his head, puzzled. "But the arrangements are already made. Wouldn't it be inconvenient to change now?"
Shubman leaned closer, lowering his voice. "Please, sir. For my sanity. I cannot share a room with Abhishek. He snores like a tractor."
Ishan tried not to laugh but ultimately gave in after much convincing. The teachers overseeing the room assignments reluctantly approved the swap after hearing all the pleading.
With a victorious smirk, Shubman grabbed his bag and followed Ishan to their shared room, while Abhishek grinned triumphantly and joined Mayank.
As Shubman entered the room, he tossed his bag onto one of the beds and looked around, satisfied. "This is much better," he said, flashing Ishan a grin.
Ishan, placing his things neatly on the other bed, sighed. "I hope you don't cause trouble, Shubman. We're here for the students to enjoy, not for mischief."
Shubman sat on his bed and leaned back, smirking. "No trouble, sir. Just... keeping an eye on you."
Ishan's cheeks flushed, and he busied himself unpacking, trying to ignore the heat rising to his face. Meanwhile, Shubman watched him with a glint of mischief in his eyes, already planning how to make this trip unforgettable-for both of them.

The itinerary for the trip was shared with everyone after breakfast. It was well-organized, ensuring a mix of education and relaxation. The first two days were dedicated to exploring Goa's rich history, with visits to its iconic churches, forts, and museums. The remaining three days would be all about fun and leisure-beach outings, water sports, and exploring the vibrant Goan nightlife under the teachers' supervision.
On the first day, the group visited the famous Basilica of Bom Jesus, As the group prepared to leave for sightseeing, Ishan was in the room trying to decide what to wear. He initially picked out a pair of shorts, perfect for Goa's warm weather and comfortable for walking around. However, as he stepped out of the washroom, Shubman, who was lounging on his bed, immediately frowned.
