After a few minutes, Shubman  pulled out his outfit — a simple white shirt with rolled-up sleeves and black cargo shorts that somehow perfectly matched Ishan's vibe. He wore his sunglasses pushed up on his head and a silver chain around his neck, looking effortlessly handsome.

When he was ready, the two of them made their way toward the resort's reception area.

As soon as they reached, Shubman and Ishan caught sight of Abhishek and Mayank waiting there. Abhishek, being his usual mischievous self, was poking and teasing Mayank nonstop — pulling his cheeks, whispering things in his ear, trying to make him laugh. Mayank, as usual, was trying (and failing) to maintain a straight face, hiding his smile behind a fake annoyed expression.

Shubman raised an eyebrow and loudly cleared his throat.

Abhishek immediately stood up straight like a kid caught red-handed, while Mayank gave a small, helpless shake of his head, his ears turning a little pink.

"Ready, lovebirds?" Shubman teased with a smirk, making Mayank roll his eyes and Abhishek grin shamelessly.

"Yeah, yeah, let's go! Mujhe toh bohot bhook lagi hai!" Abhishek said dramatically, clutching his stomach.

"Same!" Ishan chirped, nodding.

They decided to grab something to eat first before heading toward the beach. Laughing and chatting, they left the resort, walking to a nearby famous restaurant that the reception staff had recommended. The lively streets, the salty breeze of the beach nearby, and the energy of their little group made everything feel even more exciting.

Ishan naturally slipped his hand into Shubman's as they walked, and Shubman tightened his grip, leaning down to whisper in Ishan’s ear, "You’re looking too good, baby. Stay close."

Ishan blushed but smiled brightly, swinging their hands between them.

The beach was alive with energy—the sound of waves crashing, kids building sandcastles, music playing from a nearby shack, and the smell of salty air mixed with sunscreen.

Ishan’s eyes sparkled as he looked around. “Wow! It’s even more beautiful than I imagined,” he said, holding onto his bucket hat as the wind teased his hair.

They all headed straight to the water games area. First up was the banana boat ride.

Yeh toh easy hoga,” Abhishek said confidently, chest puffed out.

But ten seconds into the ride, a big wave flipped the banana boat, and Abhishek fell headfirst with a comical splash, legs flipping in the air. Shubman, who had been laughing, lost balance from the jerk and landed face-first in the water right next to him.

Ishan and Mayank were already sitting in the water, laughing uncontrollably, holding their stomachs.

“Oh god! Shubi you looked like a flying fish!” Ishan said in between his giggles.

“And Abhishek was like a potato rolling down a hill,” Mayank added, covering his mouth as he laughed harder.

Next, they tried the bumper tubing ride, where Abhishek got so competitive that he ended up bumping too hard into Shubman’s tube, sending both of them crashing into the water again.

Then came the water trampoline, where Ishan and Mayank gently bounced around, while Shubman and Abhishek jumped so high they ended up crashing into each other midair and tumbling off the edge into the ocean below.

“You both are hopeless,” Mayank said while helping Abhishek up.

While waiting in line for the jet skis, everyone was a bit out of breath but smiling like kids.
