As planned, Ishan's parents stood in front of the massive front doors of the Gill mansion. Ishan's father looked up at the grand structure, whistling under his breath. "Hume toh pata hi nahi tha ki Shubman itna ameer hai," he said, nudging Ishan playfully.

Ishan, who was just as shocked, swallowed hard as he looked around. The mansion was enormous-too extravagant to be called just a house. He had never imagined that the rich brat Shubman often joked about actually lived in this level of luxury. Turning to his parents, he admitted, "Mujhe bhi nahi pata tha..."

Before he could process it further, the doorbell rang, and within seconds, the grand doors swung open. Shubman, along with his entire family-his mother, sister, and father-stood at the entrance, welcoming them warmly.

"Ishan beta!" Shubman's mother beamed, pulling him into a hug like they had known each other forever. His sister, standing beside her, gave Ishan a bright smile. "Finally kitne dino baad mile tum," she said excitedly.

Ishan, still a bit overwhelmed, smiled back. "Ji, aunty."

Shubman's father extended a handshake to Ishan's father. "Aaiye, andar aaiye," he said cheerfully.

As they all entered the mansion, the grand interiors left Ishan and his parents speechless. The living room alone was bigger than Ishan's entire apartment, with luxurious chandeliers, plush sofas, and walls decorated with elegant art pieces.

Once seated, the families began introducing themselves. It didn't take long for the conversation to flow smoothly, as both families shared laughter and light-hearted banter.

"You all are so down to earth and friendly," Ishan's mother commented, impressed by the Gill family's warmth despite their wealth.

Shubman's mother laughed. "Hum jitne bhi ameer ho jaye, rishte dil se bante hain, bank balance se nahi," she said with a kind smile.

Meanwhile, as the conversation continued, Shubman and Ishan became the center of attention. Shubman's sister smirked. "Bhai, jab se Ishan aaya hai, tumhari aankhein bas usi pe tiki hain," she teased.

Ishan's mother giggled, joining in. "Haa haa, maine notice kiya hai."

Ishan's face instantly turned a deep shade of red. "M-mummy, aap bhi!" he stammered, making everyone laugh.

Shubman, on the other hand, had no shame and grinned proudly. "Arey, kya karu? Mera Ishu hai hi itna sundar ki usspe se aankhein hatt ti hi nahi." He said, making Ishan hide his face in embarrassment.

The mothers quickly bonded over their shared interests, exchanging recipes and discussing family traditions. At the same time, Shubman's and Ishan's fathers got along effortlessly, talking about sports, business.

The evening was filled with laughter, warmth, and the beginning of a beautiful bond between the two families.

As everyone settled around the grand dining table, Shubman's mother smiled warmly and announced, "Aaj ka dinner special hai. Shubman ne maid se Ishan ke favorite dishes banvayi hain."

Shubman's eyes widened, and he quickly leaned toward his mother, whispering, "Mumma, yeh batana zaroori tha kya?"

Unfortunately for him, the whole table heard it, and a wave of laughter erupted.

Shubman groaned, rubbing his temples, while Ishan, sitting beside him, turned pink. He leaned closer and whispered, "Thank you, Shubi," his voice filled with warmth.

Shubman whispered back, "Koi baat nahi, Ishu. Pur mai thank you nhi ek kiss expect kar raha tha."

Ishan shook his head and he turned to his plate, focusing on his food to avoid any further teasing.
