Isobel ;

   My eyes widened in confusion of who could be visiting me, and then the door opened wider. Next to Sam revealed none other than Madison Beer. She was smirking evilly, while her hand rested on her stomach.

   That was the weird thing, her stomach was now a little bump. Was she pregnant? With who though?

   She strut in the room, and Sam closed the door, followed by a clicking sound.

   I glanced at Vanessa who stared at her with raised eyebrows. I would do the same thing if I saw this girl, but Vanessa probably didn't even know her.

   "Hello, Isobel," she said, "and Isobel's possibly freaky roommate."

   "Madison," I said through gritted teeth.

   We exchanged glares for a few seconds, until I spoke up. She needed some explaining to do.

   "It was your idea to put me in here, wasn't it?" I sneered.

   "It wasn't poor Gilinsky," she said in a baby voice.

  "You've completely ruined my life," I said, "what did I ever do to you?"

   I was furious with her, because she was the one who broke up with Jack. Why was it fair to me that I got punished? Jack was the one who asked me out, it turns out he was just a jerk.

   "I wanted Jack back, but he was dating you."

   "So you were rejected?" Piped up Vanessa, "boo hoo, isn't there another Jack?"

   Madison took a deep breath through her nose, and glared at Vanessa. The thought of her dating Johnson though, made me cringe.

   "Johnson is more husband material, I need someone to fuck me whenever."

   "Looks like you forgot a condom," Vanessa said, "too much sex?"

   I smiled, glad to have Vanessa at my side. She didn't know Madison, but she could already tell she was a total bitch. I was happy someone understood who she really was.

   "Moving on," she hissed, "I am pregnant, though, your probably dying to know who the father is."

   I shrugged, who else could it be? Right after I got in this hospital, her and Jack probably got back together. It was a perfect time to crackle and jackle.

   "Let me guess-"

   "It's Johnson," she cut me off.

   I froze, unable to process her words. Did she say Johnson? As in Jack Johnson?

   "Jack Johnson?" I asked, "as in Jack Johnson, Jack Gilinskys best friend?"

   "How many other Jack Johnson's do you fucking know?" She quickly snapped.

   Everything was turned upside down. I could care less if it was Gilinskys child, but Johnson? Why would he get with a slut like her? Wasn't that crossing bro code or something? Don't hook up with the same sluts?

   "You just said he was hubby material, how did he have sex with you?" Asked Vanessa.

   "Bad night, I guess we were just in the wrong place, wrong time," she answered, "but in the end, little Johnson is in here."

   She gestured to the child inside her, and smirked. She knew she was getting in my head, but I was now thinking about my letter.

   What if he got the letter after they slept together? He probably laughed at it, or burned it, tossing it behind him in a fireplace. I was so bewildered, I had nothing else to say. Except for her to leave immediately, so she couldn't see me cry.

   I stood up, "get out!"

   She looked taken back on purpose, but she walked over to the door, and hit on it twice with the palm of her hand. The same clicking noise I heard everyday made the door open, and Sam popped his head in again.

   "She needs to leave. Now." I told him.

   He nodded, and led Madison out of the room. The door closed, and I broke down in tears. I had grown something for Johnson, but now I knew it was bound to be burned anyway.

   Vanessa took me in her arms, and I just cried, letting my tears stain her wool sweater.

   Everything hurt; my eyes stung from the tears, and my heart was filled with excruciating pain. It was all part of life, to be heartbroken, but I didn't think it would hit me this fast, and this hard.
