   I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing vigorously. I sat up groggily, rubbing my eyes. After running a hand through my hair, I answered my phone. Shawn was calling me.

   "Hello?" I said, through the phone.

   "You need to come quick."

   "What?" I asked, clearly confused.

   "Come to the apartment complex now!" He exclaimed.

   He hung up after that, and I sat there still confused about why he needed me so quickly.

   I threw the covers off, and glanced at Jack, who was still sleeping soundly. I decided not to wake him, it was for the best.

   I put on a clean shirt from my suitcase, and some jeans. Throwing my vans on sloppily, I grabbed my phone, and ran out the door.

   As I left our hotel, a group of girls huddled around me. I love our fans, but I needed to hurry.

   I signed a few things, and smiled for pictures.

   "I'll get the rest when I come back, I promise."

   I climbed into my rental car, and drove a little over the speed limit to get there fast. When I got to the apartment, Shawn was running his hands through his hair every few seconds between his and Isobel and Vanessa's apartment.

   I ran up the concrete steps, and Shawn approached me slowly.

   "Come with me, now."

    I followed him into Isobel and Vanessa's apartment, and he shut the door. Vanessa was on the couch with her elbows on her knees, and her hands over her face.

   What was going on?

   Where was Isobel?

   "She's not here."

   Did I say that out loud?

   "She left," Vanessa quietly said.

   "What?"

   Isobel was gone? Did she leave because of yesterday? Why was she always leaving?

   I don't think I could've stopped her even if I tried. She just seemed like everyone disappointed her, and in return she disappointed other people. She was a mystery, and you could never tell what she would say, or do, or feel. She was one of those people that you couldn't predict anything about.

   Now she was gone.
