47 | On a Mission

The amount of faith and trust my readers have on Vikram..oh Godd.. glad to read those comments in previous chapter.

Its a double update. Kindly read the previous chapter and vote on it as well.

I wanted to tell this for a longer time to Harini, but was waiting for her to finish her exams. I wanted this to happen as a surprise for her.

Harini was struggling to come out of my hold and then stopped. With a shock she looked atme.

"Hey Adhi sir is standing there. Along with  a girl. Did you just lie to me? Is she his girlfriend? Are they getting married?"

I did not reply her and waved at Reshma and Adhi. 

"Hey tell me .. So they are going to get married. And you have brought me here as a witness .. Am I right? oh God.. how fool I was to believe you earlier. You gave a big heart attack for me."

She went on talking non-stop.

"aya .. yaaru da iva.. namaku dhan kalyanam. avanga rendu perum namaku witness"

(ufff.. this girl.. they are the witness for our marriage. They are not getting married)

"Hey don't lie.. I am not going to believe you hereafter " she came out of my hold and marched forward. Then suddenly stopped and turned to me with shock.

"what madam?"

"why are my parents here?  I mean.. why do they need to sign the witness for Adhi sir? Full of confusion. Clarify it please"

"Who was that? Adhi sir's parents? or his girlfriend's parents? What is happening?" she kept on asking lot of questions.

"ohh ... wait.. wait.. I understood. We both and Adhi sir and his girlfriend are going to get married. Is that the reason? but why? why not your parents? Why did my parents not say this?"

"ssshhhhhh"

I closed her mouth with my palm

"Paaahhh.. so much of questions. Patience girl. You are right and my parents have also come. Two couples are going to get married today.

We walked near them and my parents were also seated. After introducing Harini to Adhi and Reshma's parents, we moved to our family.

"paa.. what are you both doing here? what is all this? do you all know this in before hand? why no one told me anything?" Harini shot so many questions back to back.

Upon seeing my parents, she greeted them as well. 

"well. You and Vikram are going to register your marriage today. It was a surprise" my Father said , which earned a small cute beat on his arms from my mother. 

"Harini. this is all a surprise. But it is not marriage. Property Registration. You have come to sign the documents along with Vikram. Your marriage registration will be after your marriage" my mom spoke.

Harini was fuming in anger and gave a strong glare.  She gave a stern look at her parents as well.

"don't glare your parents. Vikram is the one who strictly forbid everyone from saying this to you"

Harini pinched me on my arms and I hissed a little and moved back.

"Hey its ok.. you are getting late. The next batch will be called out soon. Better you both stand in the queue" my Father said and gave me the documents. 

Myself and Adhi had purchased a 3bhk flat in the phase 2 of a big construction. Vijay and Saveri already had purchased a flat and moved to the Phase 1 construction. We both booked our flats during their registration when the construction was yet to start.
