"Jiang Fan, do you have any good solutions?"
At the moment of this question, Long Lao, Zhou Huaide, and Wu Lao all turned their gaze to Jiang Fan.
Jiang Fan clearly understood the concerns in their hearts.
Given that Dragon Nation's academia and technology were still in the developmental stage, if they were to lose international communication, relying solely on their own efforts could slow their progress considerably, and they might never catch up to other nations. It was likely that this was the common view within the country's academic and research circles.
But for Jiang Fan, there were no such concerns.
He had already mastered the Super Theories of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, the four core subjects upon which all academic and technological research was based. In essence, Jiang Fan had mastered the entirety of foundational knowledge on Blue Planet.
It was no exaggeration to say that there was no one on Blue Planet who could surpass his knowledge. He had no need to concern himself with foreign academic exchanges.
As for science and technology, Jiang Fan had access to a technological system in his mind, and every scientific achievement granted by the system was a top-tier breakthrough.
Thus, Jiang Fan felt confident that, in both academic and technological realms, he could lead Dragon Nation to become the leader of Blue Planet.
Jiang Fan looked at the people in the room, then asked solemnly, "Do you trust me?"
"We certainly do," Long Lao responded first. "We both witnessed you solve the Millennium Math Problem. How could we not trust you?"
Realizing that Long Lao misunderstood his intention, Jiang Fan quickly clarified, "Teacher, that's not what I meant. What I'm saying is, since they want us to apologize and slap us in the face, why don't we establish our own SCI journal and our own World Mathematical Organization?"
As soon as Jiang Fan spoke, the faces of Long Lao, Zhou Huaide, Wu Lao, and even Number One were filled with astonishment!
This was a suggestion they had never considered.
It wasn't that they hadn't thought about it—it was simply that Dragon Nation's academic and technological status was still far from sufficient to carry out such an ambitious plan.
Take the SCI journal, for example. Establishing a journal was easy, but attracting submissions was crucial—and that was where the real challenge lay.
Given Dragon Nation's relatively weak academic foundation, it would be impossible to attract international scholars to submit to a newly established journal, as it would have no authority.
The reason the top-tier SCI mathematics journal SiamRev was able to become an international authority was because their nation was at the forefront of global mathematics.
Thus, when Jiang Fan suddenly proposed such a plan, they were all taken aback.
"Jiang Fan, what you suggest is certainly a good idea, but given our country's academic and technological standing on the international stage, we are still too far behind," Long Lao said with a sigh.
Wu Lao agreed, adding, "Yes, Jiang Fan. If our country were strong in all fields of academia, we wouldn't need to concern ourselves with their statements. Unfortunately..."
"Why not just establish our own reputation?" Jiang Fan said calmly.
"Heh... Little Fan, establishing a reputation is not that simple. At the very least, we need some academic or technological achievements that surpass the world's standards!"
Jiang Fan smiled and then asked, "Teacher, do you think that if I solve more of the Millennium Math Problems, it would elevate our nation's reputation?"
"Solving another Millennium Math Problem?" Long Lao and Wu Lao both exclaimed in disbelief.
Jiang Fan had already solved one Millennium Math Problem during the Long Keda Traditional Challenge. Recently, he had solved another one while preparing to submit a math paper to SCI. These were problems that had remained unsolved for decades or even centuries.
And now, Jiang Fan was suggesting that he could solve another one.
Long Lao and Wu Lao stared at Jiang Fan as though he were from another world, and Jiang Fan felt slightly embarrassed.
"Jiang Fan, do you really believe you can solve another Millennium Math Problem?" Long Lao asked, his voice trembling with excitement.
"It should be no problem, but I will need some time to research," Jiang Fan replied.
In truth, he said this because, after mastering the Super Theories of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology granted by his system, he had gained a sudden clarity when reviewing the Millennium Math Problems.
These problems were not purely mathematical but were deeply intertwined with concepts from physics, biology, and chemistry. Jiang Fan believed that the reason no mathematicians had solved them over the years was because their understanding of these fundamental sciences was insufficient.
Upon hearing Jiang Fan's claim that he could solve another Millennium Math Problem, Long Lao's mind began to race with possibilities.
If Jiang Fan truly could do this, then they could follow through with his plan to establish the World Mathematical Organization and an SCI journal.
They would show those who sought to humiliate Dragon Nation that they were not to be trifled with.
"Leader, I support Jiang Fan's proposal!" Long Lao said, his voice resolute.
Wu Lao echoed, "I agree as well!"
Number One, seeing their unanimous support, turned his gaze to Zhou Huaide.
Zhou Huaide, ever straightforward, immediately added, "I trust Jiang Fan!"
Number One pondered for a moment and then made his decision.
"Alright, let's show those countries that think they can trample on us that Dragon Nation is not so easily bullied!"
Jiang Fan felt a deep sense of gratitude. He hadn't expected such overwhelming support from everyone.
Just then, Wu Lao spoke up.
"If we are to establish the SCI journal, what name should we give it?"
The question left everyone in deep thought.
"How about 'Longkan'?" Jiang Fan suggested.
"Longkan?"
"It sounds perfect—strong and authoritative! It clearly reflects that it's a journal from Dragon Nation."
"Good, I think it's an excellent choice!"
They continued discussing the details of the journal's creation.
The very next day, after the World Mathematical Organization and SiamRev issued their joint statement, many countries were watching closely for Dragon Nation's response.
At that moment, Dragon Nation made an announcement to the world:
"Dragon Nation has not engaged in any academic theft. As for those organizations and publications that have falsely accused us, we will bring them to the United Nations for prosecution and ensure they face punishment.
Furthermore, Dragon Nation is establishing its own SCI journal, 'Longkan,' and invites scholars from around the world to submit their work."
