Ch. 42: V vs V

Velvette dodged another bullet that Vox fired, before stretching her arm. Her punch was dodged and Vox grabbed her arm.

"You've picked up some new tricks." Vox said, looking at the arm.

"And you're as blind as ever." Velvette said, smirking.

While he grabbed her arm, she kept stretching the part that wasn't grabbed and grabbed a piece of glass that had broken from the explosion. She pulled her arm back and stabbed Vox in the back with the glass, making him grunted and let go of Velvette's arm.

"You and Val stabbed me in the back... only fitting I return the favor." Velvette said, as ahe retracts her arms.

"Ugh! You make it sound like it was more personal than it was." Vox said with a grunt of pain, turning into electricity to phase the glass shard out of his back.

"To me it was." Velvette said, glaring at Vox. "I trusted you and Val, turned a blind eye... sorry is it too soon?"

Vox growled as Velvette gave him a chuckle ay rhe joke before she was serious again.

"I turned a blind eye to all the atrocities you and Val committed. So yeah, after everything that's happened, the backbone of the Vees is going to rip your back bone out." Velvette said as she cocked her rifle and started shooting.

Vox turned into electricity and rushed around the ballroom, randomly turning back on the stage and firing his gun at her.

Velvette dodge the bullets and stretched her arms at Vox. They went passed him and she used them as a makeshift slingshot.

"Fire!" She shouted as she flung herself at him!

She slammed into Vox at high speed, making him drop his weapon as Velvette straddled him and started punching him.

"Let's see if your screen is tougher!" Velvette shouted.

"Bullet! Proof! Glass! Cunt!" Vox said between each punch before unleashing electricity at Velvette.

She was knocked off of Vox but aside from that, the electricity did nothing as her metal arms absorbed all of it.

"Nice try bitch." Velvette said, flipping him off, "But these are designed to prevent electrical currents from hitting my nervous system."

"Fuck!" Vox said, getting up with a hiss.

"And that's not all they do!" Velvette said, pulling her fist back as it spark with the electricity. "A little upgrade and I can shock you back!"

Velvette sent her arm forward and hit Vox in the chest, shocking him and sending him into a wall.

"Ugh!" He grunts, being slightly burned from this red electricity.

'Those arms changed the properties of my electricity, making it Vel's and making it possible to hurt me with it.' He thought.

He knew he couldn't use his best ability against her now.

"That all you got or are you gonna run away like a pussy?" Velvette asked as she pulled out her spiked knuckle dusters.

"I ain't fucking running from someone like you." Vox said, reaching into his jacket and pulling out an angelic steel knife.

"Then bring it on you bloody twat." Velvette said, putting the knuckle dusters on.

Vox growled before turning into electricity, appearing behind Velvette with his knife ready!

"RAH!" He yelled as he stabbed, but she turned and blocked it with her arm!

"Another upside, boxing works GREAT with this arms!" Velvette shouted as she punched Vox in the face!
