"I'm sorry mom..." ezran said. He put on his mask so no one could see his face. He couldn't look at Adelia, he looked the other way as he clenched his jaw. Adelia looked at him with a smile still plastered in her face.

"Apologizing is nothing more than a pathetic attempt to justify your wrong doings ezran and you know that~" Adelia said throwing the knife up and down. Ezran stayed quiet.

"So~? Will you explain yourself ezran? What is your reasoning? I'd love to hear it!" Adelia said.

Ezran stayed quiet. "I...just want to help my sister and her friends..." Ezran said.

"You know getting attached to new people will bring nothing." Adelia said.

Adelia walked over to a crate and sat down while crossing her legs. "I always knew you would eventually do this. You never know what you want ezran~ how about we don't fight and you stand up ezran? You know you've gone too far down the hole to try redeeming yourself." Adelia said.

Ezran clenched his jaw tighter, he just looked down. His hands were slightly shaking..he didn't know what to do.

Ezran happily walked down the forest path. He had snuck out of their house to go see his best friend. Ezran hummed. He saw the wing that their mom had built for them broken. "Huh? I'll tell mom when I'm the morning when they all wake up!" Ezran said. He was gonna go through the window and saw the door opened. "Huh? Did I leave it open?" Ezran said slowly opening the door. Ezran dropped his bag. He stayed quiet, his body started trembling.

"Kohaku..?! Aria..?! Kirara..?! Seiko..?!" Ezran yelled as he ran over to them. They were all covered in blood. He shook them but they were unresponsive. "What happened..?!" Ezran said. He shook them but their bodies were limp so they fell on the ground with a thud. Ezran quickly backed away, his hands now full with blood.

"What..? What happened...?!"

"I'm sorry.." Ezran said.

"You've dug yourself too deep to escape now ezran. People like us are born with tragedy, we don't change; we only show what the world sees us as. Accept it, this is who you are. Every attempt you've done to go back is just a mockery of what you have embraced. You've gone too far; there's no redemption for those who thrive in their own betrayal." Adelia said.

All of them listened quietly, as much as they wanted to do something what could they possibly do? Melody put her fist in a ball and looked at Adelia.

"Hey!! Leave him alone!! It's his choice whether he wants to be with this stupid group or not!! You can't control him!! Hey may have done bad things but that doesn't mean someone could change, you're just straight up manipulating him lady!" Melody yelled.

Adelia looked at Melody, she tilted her head before smiling.

"Aren't you Fuyukis kid? Fuyuki talks about you! Your sister's somewhere in this underground place, guessing by her survival skills she's probably dead!" Adelia said with a smile. Melody's eyes widened.

"Oh well! People die everyday don't they? Why would—"

"Don't you ever talk about my sister!!! You have no right to assume someone's fate!! I would never let anyone touch my sister!!" Melody snapped.

"Oh really? Then where is she right now? I don't see her?" Adelia said. Melody eyes widened and she stayed quiet, Rayla grabbed Melody's shoulder to calm her down.
