Daksh's POV:

"Daksh!" Cabir called me sitting in front of me.

"Mmm"

"What happened between you and Close-Up? Why aren't you treating her like before?" He asked me.

Knock...Knock...

"Come in."

My head snapped toward the door.

"Sir..." my secretary voice floated in.

"Yes?" I said.

"I've completed my work. Can I leave for the day?"

"So early?" I questioned while signing a document.

"I... I'm not feeling well." the secretary replied with a sad face.

"Mmm..." I hummed and soon he left.

"Daksh, can you answer me at least now?"

I rolled my eyes, jaw tightening.

"None of your concern."

"How is it not my concern? She's my sister." Cabir said a little bit louder.

"So what?" I yelled at him.

"What the hell, Daksh?!" cabir shouted at me while getting up from the chair.

"Get out." I screamed making him shut his stupid mouth.

"Daksh-"

"I said GET OUT of my cabin, Mr. Cabir Khanna!"

My voice thundered. My best friend froze for a moment and hurt flashed in his eyes, yet stormed out, slamming the door behind him.

"But I didn't care."

My mind wasn't on anything anymore except on those words. Those words are still imprinted in my mind.

Daksh, when you don't understand me, then why stay in this so-called marriage?

Let's divorce.

That word.

Divorce.

She knew how much I hated it. Knew what it meant to me. Still, she said it.

I slammed my fist against the desk. Blood oozed from my knuckles, but I couldn't feel the pain. My vision was red.

Ding.

Another message.

Meet me at Serenity Beach. 5 PM.

I didn't hesitate to wait any longer and grabbed my keys, and left burning with fury.

Author pov:

The sky was painted with shades of stormy blue and soft gold as the waves crashed gently against the shore. The beach, usually full of life, lay quiet and empty, waiting for something beautiful to happen.

Hasna stood barefoot on the wet sand, her long skirt fluttering in the wind, her eyes on the horizon. She could feel the rain coming, but she didn't mind. Tonight was going to be perfect even if the sky cried with her.

This wasn't just a normal day yet, It was a moment she had carefully created for the man she loved with all her heart her husband, Daksh Elli Sharma!!

Hasna pov:

The ocean murmured in the distance, the waves singing secrets only I could hear.

The clouds were rolling in, heavy with rain. The world was preparing to cry but I wasn't afraid. I was ready.
