It took less than a minute for me to literally run back to the apartment building. Peniel was still at his front desk, like he was waiting for me. I was once again curious as to whether I was in trouble or not.
With the bag of food in my hand, I stepped in front of him at his desk. He looked at me with a playfully evil smirk. I was perplexed again.
"Hey, Raekyo. I have news about your apartment." He stated, leaning on the desk like a teenager would.
"Alright, make it quick because this stuff is heavy." I warned him, urging him to hurry up and get out whatever was so important.
"Okay, I forgot that I rented out your apartment awhile back. The people showed up earlier and I told them that their room wasn't ready. I need your key back, and I talked to Jera. You guys got a new room, and I got her key as well. She got your stuff to the new apartment as well."
I shrugged. It was so important that we had to switch apartments? "Alright, which room am I going to?"
He turned around and ran into his office. He returned momentarily with a key. "Room 24, third floor. Jera will be waiting outside to help you with the food."
I nodded at him as he placed the key into the food bag. Then he said, "Now get going before the food gets cold."
He shooed me in the direction of the elevator. I didn't even question because who knew what Peniel was thinking in his head? I just wanted to lay down and go to sleep.
After ending up at the third floor, I walked the short distance to the 24th room. It felt familiar. Only when I arrived at the door did I realize what the bitches did. Jera stood there, grinning like she knew what she did, and she didn't think I knew.
"I question if Sookyo is the evil one, or if it's you." I joked.
"Not funny bro. I thought you loved me." She pouted, taking one of the two bags I was holding.
"No. I hate you." I said. Then I remembered constantly saying that to Zico, and I laughed out loud.
"Come on, they miss you already." She said, pointing back to the door.
I couldn't do it. I couldn't bring myself to open the door or walk in and face the people I left today. It wasn't even a full day that I left the apartment, and I was already back.
"Nah, I'll come back some other time. I'm just gonna... visit... Sookyo." I stuttered.
"You'd rather go to jail than see the boys you love again?" She gasped, "Nonsense. Let's go."
She took my arm and opened the door with her other hand, rather skillfully since she was holding a bag.
"Gee, you're really good at opening doors." I stalled as much as I could, but she just continued. The door was wide open and everyone could see me struggling to stay out in the hallway.
"Yah! Raekyo, stop trying! You won't succeed against me." She said, using my fake name. I mentally thanked her, and just gave in. She continued to drag me in, even though I already stopped trying to resist.
Once I stood in the living room, staring at my feet to avoid eye contact with all 6 boys, she shut the door behind us and sat on the couch causally, as if she knew the boys her whole life.
A familiar voice spoke to Jera, "Man, I didn't think she'd struggle so much. I thought she'd be happy to see everyone again." It was Taeil speaking. That little boy.
