I couldn't see, or hear, or smell, or feel anything. I wondered what happened, what put me in this state. The origin was unknown. I was lying in a bed somewhere that I could sense was unfamiliar.

Then I remembered that I was shot by my own cousin in the shoulder, and I was probably dead. I remembered seeing the tour bus going in the opposite direction away from where I was, in an ambulance. I should've listened to them and stayed away. But if this meant Sookyo would be in jail, it was so damn worth it.

My eyes wouldn't open, nor could I move my arms. I felt strapped down, though I highly doubted a hospital would do that. But I wanted to be able to move or see, or I'd start freaking out.

Neither of those wants came true. Instead of gaining a sense, I heard shouting.

"Move out of the way! She's been shot and she's bleeding heavily!" It was the voice of the same man who sat with me in the ambulance. By the feel of it, I was still in the stretcher, just now getting to the hospital.

I heard a door open and shut, followed by multiple people placing me on a bed. I was now in my hospital bed, with people rushing around me. I could just tell. But they weren't the people I wished were here.

JERA'S POV

"Kyung, you missed!" Pyo taunted, sticking his tongue out at him.

The seven boys, along with Hyunsik and Sungjae, were taking turns playing Wii Sports. I sat out to wait for Kyung to end his turn. It had been only days since he asked me out.

I heard sirens, and saw flashing lights of an ambulance. Next to our bus, a rushing ambulance zoomed by, heading in the opposite direction. There was probably an old guy who fell out of his chair and had a heart attack.

"Jera, why don't you play a round?" Taeil asked. I could see it in everyone that they were worried for Raeki. I was worried too. Sookyo was a dangerous person.

"Nah, I'm good." I shrugged, "I'm just concerned. Could we take a break and watch the news?"

Everyone nodded and sat down, giving in due to my pure worry. Kyung switched it to the news and sat next to me, his arm around my shoulder. B-Bomb sat on the couch next to Zico, and Jaehyo sat with U-Kwon. Taeil and Pyo were obviously together.

I waited for Hyunsik and Sungjae to sit, but they didn't. Instead, they started picking up their things.

"Whoa, where are you going?" I asked. Raeki would shit herself if she came back and they had left.

Hyunsik sighed, spinning to me. "We're gonna take a cab and go home. The boys would probably want to see me and Sungjae both."

He had a point. There was no sense in keeping them here anymore. So I stood, rushing over to give them each a hug, the same as the rest of the boys. Then the two of them contacted the manager and asked him to pull over.

Once we were on the side of the road, they opened the door. They waved, then took off. The manager instantly started driving again.

I turned back to the news, waiting for something on Raeki to come up. It was only a moment later that the news lady started talking about her.

"Interesting news on the ongoing search for Kim Raeki." She began, "She recently returned to her Namsangol home just nights ago, and actually released two prisoners that her cousin trapped. It was reported just moments ago by a woman named Sookyo who claims to be her cousin. Sookyo was the one giving us all our information before, and it turns out that she was related to Raeki. Sookyo admits to have been the one to plan the rape, and that Raeki never did anything wrong. She's here to speak now."
