Plot:
Kim Gaeul was a student from Toro village of South Korea countryside. She fall in love with the boy from her next door who was her childhood friend named Kim Jeong Eui. Their parents are both opening their restaurant shop as a Toro neighborhoo...
After operation, Gaeul was placed in the coma ward room as she was fast asleep with a oxygen mask on her nose and mouth, only one person can enter the room with their safety gown and hat. As her mother was inside wiping Gaeul's legs and hands with a wet tissue while Gaeul is still not awake yet with IV fluid and monitor screen attaching on her.

Her mother slowly crying when she tries to wipe her body with a wet tissue just to clean her unhygienic body, she sobbed when Gaeul is not waking up from coma. She was crying while she lied her face on Gaeul's chest and hugging her, the worst Christmas day ever. Il Hwa remembered when she used to bath Gaeul when she was a newborn baby before, she will always miss her so much and love her no matter what situation. Then Jeong Eui rushes inside of hospital building to see Gaeul but he saw Gaeul's father, Ga Yoon, Gyeoul, Rei, and Ji Won sitting here waiting for Gaeul to be awaken.
Jeong Eui: "Where is Gaeul, what happened to her?"
He shocked.
Ji Won: "Oppa...!"

As she stammered with sob, then she runs in to hug Jeong Eui while crying.
Jeong Eui: "What happened to Gaeul? Why is she not texting with me?"
He worried, as he was asking everyone while Ji Won continuing to hug him and crying.
Gyeoul: "Jeong Eui, thank god you're here." "Let's go outside and we'll talk."
As she was walking towards to Jeong Eui. Time skipped later when Jeong Eui, Ji Won and Gyeoul was sitting on a bench outside of hospital building to have a chill chat here. Ji Won is crying and sobbing.
Jeong Eui: "It's not like Gaeul is dead, why are you wasting tears for nothing?"
As he complained to her while looking at her.
Ji Won: "I'm crying because it's so sad when Gaeul is not here...."
She sobbed.
Gyeoul: "It's okay, Gaeul will wake up soon." "Don't cry."
As she consoled Ji Won and to pat and rub on her back.
Jeong Eui: "So what's happening to my girlfriend?"
