[Prologue scene of episode 2] Flashback while ago when Gaeul was a little kid, her whole family including her father went to the funeral because her grandma died.

(This is what Gaeul's father looks like.) Many were giving condolence for Gaeul's family including Jeong Eui's whole family as they were bowing down in front of grandma's altar.
Gaeul's father: "Mum..... I'm so sorry..."
As he sobbed and tries not to cry, Gaeul's mother consoled him. A sombre day drinking and eating alone with their black and white clothes, but Gaeul will always remember what her grandma told her when she was alive.
Gaeul's grandma: "When I'm gone, I will reborn as an autumn tree on my grave." "So you won't be lonely when you sit next to autumn tree, I will always be there with you, Gaeul."
As child Gaeul knew what she said, she will wait for that day until her grandma reincarnated into a sugar maple tree that the leaves is orange and yellow colored, a pretty looking autumn tree ever. Adult Gaeul has been crying while hugging a sugar maple tree alone by herself when a tree grew above on her grandma's grave. Jeong Eui has been standing there with his motorbike while looking at Gaeul hugging a tree.
Jeong Eui: "How is it possible... Her grandma reincarnated as a sugar maple tree...?"
As he shocked while looking at Gaeul mourning and hugging a tree.

Gaeul finally got home and to shower, same goes to Jeong Eui. All dirts flowing in the sewer by water after being trapped in the pitfall trap. Gaeul checked her time plan on about her plan schedule, it is time for her to do some homework on Saturday. She was studying on online with her laptop while she hanged her blanket up from behind her back for the green screen. Seeing many students including Gaeul video calling her online teacher as they were learning about maths, while Gaeul is writing on a exercise book and she already wore her glasses to study. Her mother silently came inside of her room with a cup of juice on a tray and to see her studying.
Il Hwa: "Gaeul, why did you hang the blanket up?"
