Now, I don't know about everyone else out there, but the first day of my cycle is literal hell; nausea, extremely bad cramps, headache. The pain is so bad my body ends up shaking. So for all my poor souls also suffering out there thanks to their period, this is for you! づ (╥﹏╥)づ

▸Usually, you don't have to tell him. Lyney will just know when you've gotten your period.

"Ah, I see. I understand, don't worry darling."

▸He does have a twin sister, so he knows a lot more than you'd expect.

▸Painkillers, heating pad/water bottle, tea, whatever you need, he'll make magically appear.

▸If you get awful, painful cramps to the point you get nauseous and genuinely tremble in pain, Lyney will definitely worry.

It's then that he isn't sure what to do to help.

▸He'll do whatever you ask to try and ease your pain; no questions asked.

▸Prepare yourself for a lot of cuddling. Lyney is usually pretty clingy, but he somehow gets even clingier when you're on your period. After all, heat helps right? His body heat can help, can't it?

If that's not your thing though, he respects that and will give you the space you need.

▸I feel like Lynette would be able to sense a difference in your scent when you're on your period.

▸Lynette understands first hand how awful periods are, so you have her sympathy.

▸She'll pop up with ibuprofen/aleve and some water for you to take. Then she'll leave and come back with red raspberry leaf tea to also ease your cramps. (given you like tea, of course)

▸If you get awful, painful cramps to the point you get nauseous and genuinely tremble in pain, you'll see the worry in her eyes and the way her ears twitch.

She may not show much emotion at times, but she does really care about you.

▸Lynette herself has times she gets painful cramps too, so she'll recommend the things she does to try and help ease them to help aid you.

▸Snuggles up with you like a cat and gives you lots of affection (at least; more than she usually does) to try and distract your mind.
