It's been a few days since Liam has been home. The boys were out with Simon, getting together the last things for the tour. I was watching a movie in the living room when there was a thud upstairs. I jump and look at the stairs. I pause the movie. "Liam?" I yell to him. I was waiting for an answer and I didn't get one. "LIAM!" I jump off the couch and run up the stairs and to his door. I open it and he was standing there. He turned to look at me. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine!" He said normally, but surely confused.
"What was that noise?" I ask him. He pointed to a box.
"I dropped the box on the floor." He said.
"Why didn't you answer me when I called for you?" Liam shrugged.
"I didn't know you did!" Liam admitted. I close my eyes and go to hug him. "You alright love?" He asked me, hugging me back. "Your heart is racing!"
"I'm fine," I say as I pull back. "You just scared me." He picked up my face and kissed me.
"I'm fine, babe. You don't have to worry." I nod. He takes my hand in his.
"So what's in the box?" I ask him, grabbing his arm, hugging it.
"Our albums. We're giving them out at the concerts." He said opening the box. My eyes go wide.
"That's a lot!" I said. He nodded and closed it again. He grabs my hand and sits me down next to him on the bed.
"Are you sure you're good for the concert?" I ask him again. "You're gonna be jumping around everywhere." He nods.
"I'm getting another test done tomorrow to make sure I'm cleared. And you're staying home miss freaky pants." He said tapping my nose. I laugh.
"Oh no, I'm not. I'm going. Because if I don't, you'll lie to me again and tell me it's bad. Like you told me about the hospital stay!" I said. He laughed.
"It worked though didn't it?" I rolled my eyes and chuckle and he pulls me towards him, kissing my head.

*Next Day*

Liam and I exited the office and headed back to my car. "Pressure off your chest yet?" Liam asked me.

"I didn't even have pressure. How's your chest?" I joked back. Liam laughed and we drove back. "Do you think they'll clear you?"

"I'm hoping so. It's been better since I got home. They said the test results should come back by three today. So my fingers will be crossed for a clear."

"They better be crossed. I am not trying to push back this tour AGAIN!" I said, making him laugh. He grabbed my hand.

"You don't have to worry. It'll all work out." He kissed my hand and I turned to look at him. I smiled at him and turned back to the road. "I have a question," Liam spoke up. I nodded, allowing him to continue.

"Yes?" I asked, turning to look behind me to change lanes.

"Why are you wearing a long sleeve - again?" I swallow hard. I haven't even told them about the scars from the fire. I'm surprised they haven't seen them when we'd be out in the pool.

"I get cold easily. I'm always cold." I answered, hoping it'd fly.

"That is true. You are always cold." I laughed at his reaction but was relieved he fell for it.

"And besides, I was dying to wear this jacket. And it's really warm. I didn't want to leave it sitting in my shopping mall." Liam laughed at my closet joke.

"Hey, you filled it, didn't you?"

"With a popcorn machine the boys gave me," I said, referring to their band: Jon, Sandy, Josh, and Dan. Which I'm glad they did because I can get a late-night snack. And I don't have to share either.

"Doesn't Niall sneak into your room for that popcorn?" He asked still laughing. I nod.

"Yep! And I catch him every time!" Liam laughed harder, causing me to laugh more.

We got back to the house and entered through the garage. "It's a new day!" Liam yelled walking out of the laundry mat. I walked out behind him and moved aside and saw Louis standing in the kitchen.
