Sam sat down on the bed beside Dean, Sierra approached them with the two drinks, containing the Dream Root. "Bottoms up, I guess." She murmured, handing them the two drinks.
"Uh, should we dim the lights and sync up Wizard of Oz to Dark Side of the Moon?" Dean looked down at his drink with a disgusted expression.
Sam looked over at him, with a smile. "Why?"
Dean looked at him, disappointed. "What did you do during college?" Sam just gave his usual 'huh' expression in response. Dean then glanced up at Sierra, "You sure you ain't taggin' along?"
"I'm fine right here. In the real world." Sierra shook her head, folding her arms.
"Did you put the hair in?" Sam asked, Sierra nodded.
"Yep, and quite frankly, I'm glad I'm not drinking that because I'd probably throw up."
Dean grimaced, glancing down at the drink. "There's hair in this?"
"It's only Bobby's hair." Sierra rolled her eyes.
Dean looked like he really didn't want to drink it now, holding it to her like a child not wanting to eat their food. "But it's hair."
"You're lucky I got it from his head and not someplace else." She shot back, pushing his arm away.
Dean pouted as Sam spoke up, "That's how you control whose dream you're entering. You gotta... drink some of their uh... some of their body."
Dean sighed in defeat, "Well, guess the hair of the dog is better than other parts of the body."
Sierra snickered under her breath, glancing between the two. "Be careful, okay?"
"We'll be fine, Sari." Sam gave her a reassuring smile, raising his cup to his brother.
"Bottoms up." Dean dryly mused, clinking their cups together and then chugging the drink. They both grunted, trying to swallow, which seems to be a little hard. They smacked their mouths a bit, due to the awful taste and had a grimace plastered on their faces.
Sierra waited a few seconds in silence, "Feel anythi-" She began, but cut herself off when the pair flopped back on the bed. "Ah.." She pressed her lips together, pulling out a chair near the table. "This is gonna be a long night." She sighed, lighting a cigarette whilst she waited...

Later...
Dean and Sam woke up suddenly with gasps, sitting up on their beds, panting, and sharing a worried glance.
Sierra sat up on her chair, cigarette between her fingers and a smirk, "So... how'd it go?"
Sam shot his head over to her, running his hand through his messy hair with heavy breaths at what they just encountered. Jeremy. One of the doctor's patients was the cause for the deaths, he tried to kill Bobby and then Sam.
"Are you smoking in the motel room?" Sam narrowed his eyes at her.
Sierra rolled her head back with a groan, "That's what you're worried about?" She put the cigarette out in the ashtray. "Come on, what happened?"
Dean faintly chuckled, shaking his head as if he had seen a ghost, "Where do we start?"

Sam and Sierra went to Jeremy's dorm room in hopes of finding him in order to end everything, however he wasn't there. Typical. They went back to the hospital where Dean and Bobby were to break the news.
