Season 4. Episode. 7.
It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester.
Sierra and Dean were scanning Mrs Wallace's kitchen, whilst Sam was questioning her. Apparently, the woman's husband died after eating candy... with razor blades in them.
Mrs Wallace sighed and responded to Sam's question about the razor blades in tears, "Two on the floor, one in his stomach and one was stuck in his throat. He swallowed four of them. How is that even possible?" She then briefly turned to notice Dean peering into the stove. "The candy was never in the oven."
Dean's mouth dropped a bit as he closed the oven door, Sierra glanced over to Mrs Wallace, "We just have to be thorough, Mrs. Wallace." She replied calmly, sending a look at Dean to hurry up.
Sam continued with the questions whilst Sierra headed over to the fridge, "Did the police find any razors in the rest of the candy?"
"No, I mean, I don't think so." Mrs Wallace shook her head in distress. "I just – I can't believe it. You hear urban legends about this stuff, but it actually happens?"
Sam sighed, "More than you might imagine." Sierra noticed a black mark on the ground near the fridge, as if it had been moved. She grunted a bit, capturing Dean's attention. He came over and reached behind the fridge, finding a hex bag.
Sierra's eyes widened a bit, before she rolled her eyes in annoyance about the thought of a witch being involved. Dean emerged from the floor, showing Sam the hex bag discreetly. Sierra nodded to the door, indicating to wrap things up.
Sam caught on, nodding before turning to the woman again, "Mrs. Wallace, did Luke have any enemies?"
She looked confused, furrowing her brows, "Enemies?"
"Anyone who might have held a grudge against him?"
"What do you mean?"
"Co-workers? Neighbors? Maybe a woman." Sam suggested cautiously, but Mrs Wallace got offended by the question.
"Are you suggesting an affair?!" Mrs Wallace exclaimed.
"Is it possible?"
Mrs Wallace firmly shook her head, fiddling with her necklace nervously, "No! No, Luke would nev–"
"I'm very sorry. We just have to consider all possibilities." Sam pitifully looked at her.
"If someone wanted to kill my husband, don't you think they'd find a better way than a razor in a piece of candy he might eat?"
Sam looked over at Sierra and Dean, who raised their eyes at him. Sam sighed, apologising again before they eventually left before Mrs Wallace kicked them out.

Sam and Sierra were sat on a couch, with his laptop and a few books on the coffee table in front of them. Sierra lazily flipped through the pages of the books as Sam typed away on his laptop. Sam picked something out of the hex bag, inspecting it whilst Sierra grimaced at it.
Dean then entered the room and tossed his keys on the table under the window, unwrapping a piece of candy before tossing it in his mouth.
Sierra saw him do that, raising her brow, "Really? After that guy choked down all those razor blades?"
He just shrugged, chewing on the chocolate, "It's Halloween, puppy."
Sam chuckled lightly, watching him take a seat next to Sierra, "Yeah, for us every day is Halloween."
