After a while, Sierra left the hospital, but only to see Dean's Impala parked outside. She frowned, sensing something was wrong and hurried over to him. "Dean?"
"Get in! I'll explain on the way!" He yelled, unlocking the door. Sierra had never scrambled inside the car so quickly before. They raced to the woods, Sierra giving directions since she had been there earlier that day. Apparently, Benton had kidnapped Sam just moments after he left. Clearly Benton was clever enough to wait until Sierra had gone, rather than attempting to get her instead.
"So, how on earth do we weaken this guy?" Sierra quipped, getting out of the car and walking around to the trunk where Dean was. "Why not just kill him straight away?"
"I got a few questions for the guy first." Dean got a knife and some chloroform, dipping the weapon inside the liquid. "That lab book Sam got?"
"Yeah, it had the immortality formula. Couldn't understand all of it though-" Sierra explained briefly, then cut herself off in realisation. "Ohhhh- you wanna ask him about it- right!"
"Damn straight." Dean smirked, shutting the trunk. He handed Sierra the chloroform knife, "Here. I'll shoot him, you stab. Let's go." Sierra and Dean hurried over to the cabin, carefully opening the door. They kept quiet, not wanting to startle Benton. Sierra heard muttering downstairs in the cellar, recognising it as Benton and Sam's voices.
Dean ran down the stairs first with his gun raised, wasting no time to shoot the guy and save his brother. A few shots rang out, his bullets firing into Benton's back.
"Shoot all you want." Benton calmly spoke, turning around to Dean and stepped forwards. Dean only shot him as a distraction and to get him away from Sam, who was tied down. Sierra was up the stairs a bit, out of Benton's view.
Dean let loose two more bullets, but Benton remained unaffected and threw Dean into the wall. Dean fell to the ground, leaning against the wall with a groan. Benton stepped forwards, leaning down to Dean, but Sierra struck first. She plunged the chloroform knife into his chest, aiming for his heart.
She snarled under her breath, stepping back and stopping herself from killing the guy on the spot. Benton just laughed, turning around. "A knife? What part of immortality do you not understand? Pity about the heart, though. It was a brand-new one."
Sierra scoffed, tilting her head, "Oh please, I know plenty about immortality. Although, at least I still look good. Unlike you."
Dean smirked, slowly standing up from his fallen position and pulled out the chloroform bottle, "You should be pumping nice and stronger then... Sending this stuff throughout your whole body. See, I picked up this little bottle and dipped the knife in it."
Benton looked down at himself, gasping and heaving until he fell to the ground.

Sierra, Sam and Dean leaned over the operating table, which Benton was strapped too. The man started to wake up, looking at the three and realising he couldn't move.
"Oh, hiya, Doc. Wakey, wakey, eggs and bac-y." Dean smirked, ignoring the man's pleading. "Please what? You've been killing poor bastards for over 150 years and now you got a request? Shut up."
"No, you don't understand. I can help you. I know what you need." Benton tried again, lifting his head up as he directly spoke to Dean.
Sierra rolled her eyes, "You definitely need your tongue cutting out that's for sure." She took one of her gloves off, extending her claws, "Perhaps I should do that for you? You can always get another one anyway, right?"
