Levy's POV

Update on Juvia: She's been going to school for a couple of months now and it's all good.

I honestly don't think we need to worry about her ending her life anymore. On the account of the bullying, it has basically stopped. Juvia is more resilient and she stopped paying attention the hateful comments. Though any popular girl with a face full of make-up looks down on her.

"I can't believe I ever wanted to be like them." Juvia said and laughed as a group of wannabe model girls glared at her as we walked pass.

"Actually, you were one of them." I corrected.

"That is true..." Juvia said.

I looked at Juvia and smiled. Okay, she is a little different. She threw out dresses and is only seen in ripped skinny jeans. No more heels, she wears combat boots now. Also she only wears graphic tees with a jean or army jacket thrown over them now. You could say she's brought up more of a rocker chick appearance now, but she doesn't smoke or listen to screamo or anything. Though her eyeliner is bolder and she recently dyed her hair with an ombre. It's looks really cool, it goes from her usual blue at the top and gradually grows white at the tips.

Obviously she didn't just show up to school with a whole other wardrobe. She grew into the look over time. Unlike almost every girl in the school, the boys have really started taking interest in her. Sadly, she ignores any flirting she gets because she "doesn't want to get her heart broken again." (quoted from her)

Like please though.

Can we just remember this is Gray we are talking about? No offense Juvia but he is a special case. It's just like Gray to do that to her, but any other boy in this school probably wouldn't.

I wish she would just get over it, because I'm itching to set her up with someone.

...

Oh God, I'm turning into Mira.

NoooOOOooOooo!

"Oh Levy, I got to get to class, see you in a bit!" Juvia said then dashed down he hall.

As I went on my way I wondered if I could pull of an ombre with my hair...

eh no.

The rest of the day passed uneventfully. Just a normal good old day...or so I thought.

See it all started when I was walking home.

The Legend of Zelda theme started blaring from my bag. (hehe)

So I took out my phone and answered it, it was a short conversation;

Mom: Honey, stop what your doing, get to the hospital. I'm sorry I can't pick you up, I just need to get there and I can't afford the time it will take to pick you up. Can you just walk? It's not to far away.

Me: No it's fine, I can walk. Um, what is going on?

Mom: You'll see when you get there, I don't want to talk about.

Me: Mom! Why are you crying?! You have to tell me what is going on!

Mom: I-It's your father...he had an accident at work.

Me: Is he going to be alright?!

Mom: I'm sorry honey, no. He uh, he's gone.

I dropped the phone.

What?

Images of him flashed in my mind.
