The streets of Water Seven were a maze of shadows and rain, the city now eerily quiet as the Aqua Laguna loomed closer. Sanji and Y/N moved swiftly, their footsteps muffled by the wet cobblestones beneath them. The wind had picked up, howling through the narrow alleys and carrying with it the scent of the sea, sharp and briny.

Y/N’s mind raced, replaying Robin's words over and over again: “We’ll never meet again.” The weight of her declaration sat heavy in his chest, fueling his resolve.

Sanji walked a step ahead, the orange glow of his cigarette casting fleeting light on his sharp features. He didn’t speak, but the tension in his posture was palpable.

“What could she be thinking?” Sanji muttered under his breath, his frustration bubbling to the surface.

“If she really meant what she said, then she’s already made up her mind about something.” Y/N said. “We need to figure out what that something is.”

They turned a corner, the rain cascading off the edges of rooftops above them. The dim light from the streetlamps flickered in the storm, casting shifting shadows that danced across the water pooling in the streets.

As they moved deeper into the city, voices reached their ears—muted at first, but growing clearer as they approached a secluded alley. Sanji held up a hand, signaling for Y/N to stop.

Y/N furrowed his brow but stayed silent, straining to catch the words. Two figures stood under the cover of an overhang, their backs turned to the street. They were dressed in dark cloaks, their voices low and conspiratorial.

“…She’ll be boarding the sea train tonight,” one of them said, his tone clipped and professional.

“The one bound for Enies Lobby?” the other asked, his voice rougher, like gravel being ground underfoot.

“That’s the one,” the first man confirmed. “We’ve been instructed to ensure Nico Robin safe passage. No one can interfere—”

Y/N’s eyes widened slightly, his heart skipping a beat at the mention of Robin. He exchanged a glance with Sanji, who had gone rigid beside him.

“We’ll follow them,” Y/N murmured, his voice barely audible.

Sanji nodded, dropped his cigarette, grinding it under his heel as he fixed his gaze on the men.

They stayed in the shadows, moving carefully to avoid drawing attention as the agents finished their conversation and began walking away.

The two cloaked figures weaved through the streets with practiced ease, their steps confident and unhurried. Sanji and Y/N kept a careful distance, their breaths shallow as they navigated the rain-slicked cobblestones. The wind tugged at their clothes, threatening to reveal their presence, but they pressed on, undeterred.

The closer they got to the train station, the busier the streets became. The station loomed ahead, its towering structure a beacon of light against the stormy sky.

Sanji and Y/N slipped into the crowd, their eyes never leaving the two agents. The men disappeared into a side entrance, likely reserved for government personnel.

“They’re going to board the train,” Y/N muttered, his voice tight with urgency.

As they approached the platform, the sea train loomed before them, its sleek design gleaming even in the downpour. Steam hissed from its undercarriage, and the sound of workers preparing it for departure filled the air.

“Last train for Enies Lobby... Departing at eleven o'clock p.m. Due to the rising water level, please board from the station's second floor.”
