"Alright so we are pushing hard into selling pieces of life." I said to the men. "I have a list of who you're mining the life from." I don't want to ever say what we are really doing in meetings in case someone is a rat. Selling life could be anything. Actually it sounds like I'm a cult leader. Which in some respects is worse than selling organs.

"Are these bad people or like upstanding people?" Someone asked.

"Nigga why you ask that shit?" Somebody glared at him. "Fuck it matter as long as the job is done."

"No it's cool." I lifted my hand. "No they are not all bad but they are on the list for a reason." I sighed.

"Can I ask what reason?"

"We are owed." I said plainly.

I haven't been in the mood for bullshit lately. We are getting down to the wire with this Titian shit. I honestly just want to kill him but I like this game of cat and mouse. I didn't think he'd be dumb enough to trust Christopher but we have been putting on an amazing show trying to get him to believe us.

Leo saying we have a week really fucked me up because we are still searching for clear evidence. I know Titian killed my mom. I just need evidence or a smoking gun. Christopher has been becoming buddies with Titian and hopefully any day now we can put him under. I heard from Ariel, Chris has had to feel Titian up a few times. I'd cut my hands off if I had to do that. I have a meeting with detective Brown soon so hopefully we can flesh out more of what's going on.

"To eleborate a little more," I started. "Henrietta Davina is the youngest daughter of George Davina. He was proven to have stolen bricks and worked with a few street niggas to build a house. For that he and his family will be mined starting with his daughter."

"But we're getting the whole family tonight?" Someone asked.

"Yes." I nodded. "Make sure you are a nice guest just visiting them. Don't make a mess, clean up after yourself or call someone to help you. Some things can go missing and maybe a broken glass if one of you drops one. Don't be greedy though."

"Got you boss." They all nodded. I already split them into teams and hopefully the mission is carried out quickly.

"Nice to see you again. You look different without cuffs on." Detective Brown smiled. He was an older black man who was handsome as fuck. Deep brown skin and a bald head with a gorgeous smile. Man I'd like to fuck him silly while Leo watches.

"You can always put them on me to help with your memory." I smirked while sitting down. We are meeting in my office at the resterant. I closed down for the day just for this meeting.

"Watch it my love. I might get jealous." Leo warned. He was sitting beside me.

"Please not on my behalf. I'd hate to break up the lovely couple. I mean soon prison bars will be separating you two. Might as well spend as much time together as you can." Brown smirked.

"Don't ruin the fun with empty threats." I smiled. "Let's talk about why you're here."

"Titian case is ready. The thing is, so many different people will be taken down with him. Those pictures show men in high power with those underaged girls." He reminded us.

"We're aware." Leo nodded. "Hypothetically if you were to send the arrest for Titian out and he was nowhere to be found. What would you do?"

"I don't-" he squinted. "Under what context. Did he run away or is he dead?"

"He's nowhere to be found." Leo repeated.

"Well it depends, I guess we'll keep looking for him constantly and if we can't find him the case will go stale." He shrugged.
