Wait He's My Dad

School

-Hope's P.O.V-

So today my dad was telling me I better be good, and he better not get a call from the school or else I was going to be grounded. I really didn't care what he said because if someone lays their hands on me or Ashley I will be fighting them no matter what. I was walking out of the house when my dad (it feels weird calling him that) stop me. "Have a good day at school." He said before he hugged me. "Dad, I have been to school before." I said as he looked at me. "I just can't believe I missed most of your life." He said. "Dad it isn't your fault mom never told you about me, and I never knew I had an actual dad. I would have tried to come to hang out and have daddy daughter moments. You have two sons with your wife and they are more important than me." I said. "You are my only girl, and they are just as important as you." He said. "Thanks daddy, but I better leave or else I will be late for the first day." I said. "By the way I thought you liked Green Day?" He asked. "I do, but I like other bands too. Black Veil Brides comes after Green Day. The only band I would say I hate is One Direction, and I hate 5 SOS fans because they call them punk rock when they aren't." I said. "So you don't hate 5 SOS?" He asked. "No, I just hate the fans that think they are punk rock when clearly they are pop." I said as he laughed. "Well you need to leave." He said. I started to walk down the street when Adrienne drove past me, and stopped beside me. "Get in I'll drive you to school." She said. I got in, and put my handset in my phone to listen to my favorite bands. "Here give me that." She said. I handed her my phone, and she plugged it into the car. The first song that played was American Idiot by Green Day, and I started to sing along with the song. Joey and Jakob looked at me shocked, and I smiled crazily. "I'm a huge fan of Green Day. I know all of their songs, and I can play a few on the electric guitar." I said smiling proudly. "You're a fan of your father?" Jakob asked. "Yes, and that is because I never knew he was my father." I said. "Can you look for Fallen Angels by Black Veil Brides, please?" I asked Adrienne. "Sure thing." She said. She turned it on and I started to sing along with the song. "Who got you into this type of music?" Jakob asked. "When I was younger one of the older girls used to listen to Green Day, and I asked her a lot about them. We used to listen to them all the time until she was adopted, and then I became what I promised her I wouldn't." I said. "Here we are your school." Adrienne said as we pulled up to a building. I got my phone back, and got out of th car. I saw Ashley waiting for me, and I walked up to her. "Hey Hope!" She yelled. "Hey Ash!" I yelled back. "Ready for our first day of school?" She asked. "Nope, but I guess we will always have each other." I said. "My dad told me that he and Billie Joe got us the same classes." She said. "Well let's head inside to get our schedules, and get shown around school by some stupid cheerleader." I said as we both laughed.

When we walked into the school everyone looked at us, and we just were looking for the office. When we found the office there were some guys and girls that looked at us like they would anybody. "Hey nice outfit." One of the guys said. "Thanks. You know who Black Veil Brides are?" I asked him. "Yeah one of the best bands ever." I saw that he was wearing a Fall Out Boy shirt. "Nice shirt." Ashley said. "You two girls new here?" He asked. "Yes we are." Ashley said. "Well, I'm Blake. That is Lily, but she likes to be called Blaze." He said pointing to a girl with fire looking hair. "I love your hair Blaze." I said. "Thanks. That is why I call myself Blaze." She said. "I'm Zack." A guy with black and blue hair. He was cute and so was Blake. "I'm Hunter." A guy said with a Green Day shirt. "I also like your shirt Hunter, and you hair too Zack." I said. "Well I'm Hope." I said. "And I'm Ashley, but call me Ash." Ashley said. "We need to get our schedules from there so we will see you guys around." I said as I pointed towards the office. Ashley and I walked in, and the front desk lady looked at us. "You two must be Ashley and Hope." She said. We both shook our heads up and down. "Well these people will be showing you around." She said as Blake, Blaze, Zack, and Hunter walked in. They smiled at is and we smiled at back at them.

-Blake's P.O.V-

I liked the new girl Hope she had pretty blue eyes that you could get lost in, and her smile was just amazing. I hope she feels the same way. We all had the same classes, and we showed them where we hung out if we decided to skip class. We walked into our first class which was Math. Man did I hate math, and when we got in there we showed Hope and Ashley where we sat. They sat with us, and when the teacher came in she started to smile.

-Hope's P.O.V-

I couldn't remember where I saw our math teacher before, but it looked like she remembered me. "Hope, Ashley why don't you two tell us somethings about yourselves." She said and her voice was very familiar. "Well we were in an adoption center for years and we were finally adopted by two members of Green Day. She was actually related to the one, and the other adopted me because we had made a promise to each other. We both like punk rock music, and some pop music. We are best friends, but we act like we are sister." I zoned out of what Ashley was saying until I remembered the teacher. "Oh...My...God." I said. Our math teacher was the friend I was telling Jakob, Joseph and Adrienne about. "I'm so sorry I failed you. I turned into the girl you didn't want me to be." I said looking up at her. Her name was Brittany Evans was the adopted last name she got. "Hope, what's wrong?" Ashley asked. "You changed so much Brit-." She cut me off by putting her hand up. "I'm Miss Evans to you." She said. "Sorry Miss Evans." I said. "You have changed so much to Hope. I'm not mad that you turned into that because I know the real Hope." She said. "Hope, what's going on?" Ashley asked. "Miss Evans was a huge influence in my life. She was my first older person friend at the adoption center, and she was like a big sister. She cared for me when I was sick or injured, and we would always celebrate each others birthday." I said. "So you know the teacher?" Ashley asked. "Yes, and so do you. We just aren't used to seeing this Miss Evans." I said. "Wait she's the girl that got us into Green Day?" Ashley said sounding like a question. "Yes, I am Asher." Miss Evans said. Asher was Miss Evans nickname for Ashley when we were younger. I walked up to her and hugged her. I started crying into her shoulder. "So my class doesn't think I have favorites, I will be pushing you two a lot harder." She said.
