6th Month
Fort Greely, Alaska

BUMP, "Uh." "Damn." "Oh my God. I'm so sorry. Are you ok? I swear I didn't mean to bump into you..."

"Fatima..." Zac whispered in a groan.

"Big Ma..." "I'm so sorry Peanut..." Big uttered, handing over baby Iyonna. "Ivy didn't make it baby..."

Zac gazes down at the little baby in his arms with tears in his eyes. "But she left you a daughter and her name is Iyonna Zuri Taylor..." "My Munchkin..."

Zac groans again, as his eyes tighten as he struggles to breathe.

"You got your wallet..." He groans, as flashbacks and moments in time of he and Fatima start to flood his psyche.

"Zac...we just lost our baby and you're leaving..." "Fatima, you think I wanna leave at a time like this..." "It's like you don't even care!!!" "How can you say that to me...You don't think this shit affects me too..." "Just go..."

"Fatima..." he whispered again, still struggling to breathe.

"Uhhh." he envisioned, seeing Fatima's love face as he stroked her. "Zac..."

Another flash, "Come home to us Zac..." he hears. "Promise you'll come home to us safely."

"I promise." he groans as his eyes open in shock from the pain....

He screams...

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!"

Meanwhile...
Atlanta, Georgia

"Good Morning Sunshine..." Fatima looks up from her phone in a deep sigh. "Awe...Booski, what's wrong?" "He hasn't called..." she murmurs, trembling.

"Oh..." "Why hasn't he called Mi..." "I don't know but we're not gonna go down that rabbit hole." "But..." "No buts..." Mia told her sternly. "He probably hasn't called because he's on another mission. A very important one and can't call right now..." Mia tried to reason.

"Mia, it's almost the end of his 6th month..." She said getting choked up. "He hasn't called or texted to tell me when he's coming home..." Fatima cried. "What if he's..." "NO!!!" Mia told her sternly. "We are definitely not thinking that way..." Mia told her.

"WELL WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO THINK?!" "I DON'T KNOW!" Mia shouted back with tears in her eyes. "I don't know what you're supposed to think but we're not thinking that. Zac is fine...he's tough and resilient. He's strong and smart. I'm sure that whatever is going on, he's pushing through. We can't keep thinking negatively Fatima..." She encouraged her. "We have to believe and have faith that, no matter what. Zac pulled through the adversity."

Fatima breaks. Mia catches her. "It's gonna be ok..." she mumbled. "I don't know how...but it's gonna be ok..." Mia told her again as she hugged Fatima tighter while she cried in her arms.

A couple of hours later....
Everwell Medical Associates.

"Oh my goodness Dr. Jeff..." Fatima sighs, "I didn't realize how many patients you had until we had to move them from one facility to the next." "Yeah but I thank you so much Fatima," "Oh you're welcome Dr. Jeff." Fatima said with a smile.

"No really, because not only have you been helping me move facilities but you've also took the time to organize those files and put them into this new system, making sure my appointments get crossed over correctly and helping me set up wit yo friends and family. I swear if it wasn't for you, I don't know where I would be."
