Jed hugs her tight and says in a cry-full voice

No, no, no, no, please don't say this,

Ssshhh, its okay we are going to be okay. You are going to be okay,

We could run off from here, far, very far from here, in the north, where there is cold, I know you love snow,

We are going to have a nice cozy house,

We are going to have a cute little family; two daughters and a son.

We will name them something cute and rhyming okay? We can decide that later okay?

We can adopt a dog, a fluffy one just like patches in fact we are going to name it patches.

We will get married in a church;

I don't care how many people attend our wedding as long as you will be with me.

I so want to see you in a white dress, I am sure you would look perfect

We could invite Alex and Stephen, they'd be pissed if we don't call them; they can be that sometimes

We know them so well we have been living together since we were teenagers.

Jane smiles a little,

Okay yeah, Stephen would be my best man; I always wanted him to be my best man.

Alex could be my second best man, he would be pissed though.

Then Jane we would die together holding hands on a warm soft bed, matching scars, cracking jokes, smiling widely with our toothless mouth.

That night was amazing we would have the same amazing night every day.

We would have grandchildren at least 10, that's the starting line.

Energy starts surging higher and starts spreading,

Jed takes a heavy breath, he is still crying, he kisses Jane on her head

Jane looks down in grief and again the energy surges with full forces and expands cutting everything into pieces on his way, Stephen is struck, Thomas falls, Jed sees people dying all over again, dead bodies at his foot.

He gets close to Jane, picks up the long sharp piece of glass, brings her close to him with one hand and sets the sharp piece of glass on her back with another hand.

He tries his best not too cry, he kisses her all over her face, takes a deep breath and

Jane is overwhelmed

He closes his eyes and push the piece of glass through her back piercing her chest, Jane falls loose on Jed and all the energy sinks with her in the horizon,

Jed supports her head and slowly lay her down on his lap as she takes her last breaths.

Jed cries and says holding her hand,

I will always love you, Jane. Its okay you can go now Jane, you are free; everything is going to be okay. I will be okay I promise

He keeps on crying,

Jane smiles, takes her last deep breath and dies. She is dead.

Jed cries hard. His tears flows with the rain as it showers him and the lifeless body of Jane; his cloths and hair are drenched in rain water.

He screams at the sky as he holds her lifeless body close to his chest and cries hard constantly kissing her head.

He picks her up in his arms, as her blood flows with the rain.

Everything calms down;

He takes her over to others, he is overcome of crying.

I had to do what I got to do, I am sorry. I killed her, I killed her, I killed the love of my life. I gave up on the love of my life

Tears keep on falling

All are grieved by her death, they bow in sorrow, Thomas and Stephen wipes away their tear, Jed looks at her face and grieves in silence as he holds her lifeless body in his arms.
