Finally a tough week passes by, it's Friday night the four sits on the couch and order Chinese food.

Jane: I have a question now that we all are here sitting together.

Jed: hmm

Jane: I had to bribe the guard to let me in, what you guys do?

They all laugh,

Jed: I gave him fifty bucks.

Alex: he just let me in.

Jane and Jed: what seriously?

Alex: what you do, Stephen?

Stephen sniffs,

Stephen: I gave him a number of a hot chic.

Jane: oh my god,

They all laugh harder,

The weather outside is not very calm; it's raining and thundering outside.

They play a movie, "the mist" in which a storm unleashes other worldly creatures which sucked the life out of human beings.

After the movie they all go to best way past midnight.

Next morning Jed wakes up and could feel someone on his feet, he sits up and sees Stephen lying horizontally on the bed, Alex beside him and Jane on the other corner of the bed asleep, apparently they were all scared.

Stephen turns and fell off the bed, Jane and Alex are awakened by the noise and laughter burst in the room.

The weather had cleared and the sun is out, Stephen and Alex makes breakfast aka pancakes because pancakes are all they can make.

They were all bored so Jane tweets:

"Pool Party at my place at 4:00 pm. See you guys"

Even before 4:00 pm the place packs up with people.

Jane order up beers and energy drinks, arranges snacks. Jane's large mansion even haves a pool, so everyone parties, the doors are left open.

Jane wears shorts with a black sleeveless T shirt and leaves her perfect hair loose like always. While the boys wear their usual summer tanks and shorts.

Jane is popular because she parties like every week and she have no interference; it's her mansion, her money.

Jane doesn't feel herself today; she grabs a drink and sees as the people get crazy.

She sees Jed head upstairs with Liz and drops the curtains of the room, he and Liz were going party by themselves.

Jane looks down at her drink and bites her lip, she feels strange.

Enrique walks over to her with a glass of beer in his hands, as Jane stands under the shade of a tree sipping her drink.

look Jane I am really sorry for what happened at school, with Alex and all.

Jane looks around, she needs to feel different, she pushes Enrique towards the tree, he drops his glass and she kisses him.

whoa! Jane, are you okay?

shut up!

He kisses her back couldn't able to withdraw from such a pretty face. They are interrupted by Alex.

Um Jane there is someone asking for you.

Jane feels guilty; she steps farther from Enrique, wipes her so pink lips and goes after Alex.

Alex smiles and pats her on her back.

Thomas stands at the door way, compressing her memories she remembers him from the school.

I am so sorry I was in a rush, I am so very sorry.

don't worry, I am not here for an apology, I just needed to return you
this. It broke and fell off your neck.

oh my, gosh! My necklace thank you so much I was wondering where it went.

Jane takes the necklace and tries to put it on, but its clasp stuck in her hair.

Jane smiles.

Jane was standing there, she looked as Thomas walked away, and she felt something on her left hand,

Jane: ouch, what the.....

Her supposing birth mark grew red, it burned like hell. It was the matter of time when Jane felt dizzy and extreme pain surged out of her body. She didn't know what was wrong.

The blue veins on her pale hands and neck popped out and a red glowing kind of thing traveled through them.

It was the worst pain she ever felt, she gathered strength and made all the way up to her room.

She felt very strange. She dispersed all the stuff on her dressing, pressed both of her palms on the table looked herself in the mirror. She pulled back her hair and saw same red thing in her neck travelling upwards.

Jane hesitated, she was startled and the pain made it impossible to bear the situation any longer, she collapsed and fell on the ground.

As Jane lied unconscious in the floor the red glowing thing carried to her cheeks and then her forehead lightening her veins.

Fortunately Jed was upstairs, his room was beside hers, he heard the noises, peaked into the room seeing Jane unconscious on the floor

what the... Jane?

Jed picks her up in his arms and rushes her to a hospital. He was tensed and his hesitation was so clearly embarked on his face.

Jane was stable now. She got her conscience back and saw Jed and Stephen sitting beside her.

what happened?

What ..I don't remember anything

you don't, doctors said that stress overcome you.

Jane still has a slight headache but surprisingly doesn't remember a single
thing. She is discharged with some prescription and an advice to rest.
