Madame Qin had arrived on the day of her daughters execution, and so did the minister when they received the important massive from the Emperor on the attempt on the Empress life, but the culprit had apprehended swiftly. Many of the ministers looked at Madame Qin with anger and blame, making her pulled into herself and avoiding eye contact with anyone. Her eyes stayed on her daughter, who was on her knees kneeling with her head held high.

Madame Qin thought with a broken heart and an overwhelming sadness inside her as tears stung her eyes. Her moved towards the Emperor, who stood beside her kneeling daughter. The expression on his face was hard, and there was a coldness around him. She could not blame the  Emperor for what's about to happen.

Madame Qin sniffed softly as she felt a comforting hand on her shoulder. She looked to the side and saw that it was her sister. Her sister brought her into a hug and held her tightly.

Jin Guangshan was also kneeling a few feet away from her. The man looked defeated, but he refused to keep quiet and made it known.

"Your Highness, please have mercy. This one would never have betrayed your Highness. I was always faithful and loyal to the crown. I have served for years in your Highness court that must count for something."

Jin Guangshan said with a pleading voice as he pressed his forehead on the hard cold floor.

Qin Shu sneered out of breath as her face had turned red with fury and anger. Silence befalls the courtyard after her outburst as everyone's eyes turn towards the Emperor. The Emperor's face was devoid of any emotion as he stared at the omega. His eyes had a hard and cold look to it.

"You dare speak about my mate and Empress in such a way. You dare to insult my mate Empress. You admit that you plan on killing my mate, so today you will meet your own death. Omega, don't forget that Empress Wuxian is the grandson of Queen Boashan and the crown prince of the Celestial Kingdom. "
