Yeosang entered the agency office where she worked, a stack of documents in her right hand and a cup of black Starbucks coffee in her left.

"Has Mr. Big Matthew arrived yet, Holly?"

The blonde receptionist at the front desk beamed at Yeosang. "He has. You left at midnight and you’re already back this early?" Holly took a sip of the coffee Yeosang briefly placed on the desk.

Yeosang gave a small shake of her head, signaling her disapproval, but didn’t voice a protest. "Well, tell that to our celebrity, who spent all day yesterday parading around, cozying up in every corner of London, and making his face appear everywhere." She sipped her coffee before picking up the stack of documents she’d momentarily set down.

I need a vacation, she thought.

And I need to talk to Yunho, she thought again.

She let Holly take another sip of her coffee while glancing at the TV mounted in the reception area. The reception desk, a half-circle attached to the wall, was the first thing anyone would see upon entering the company lobby. Unless you were Yunho, who seemed to have a peculiar fondness for the rubber tree plant in the corner of the lobby.

He said it made him smile, reminding him of the rubber tree at his house that he rarely watered.

Weird kid, Yeosang thought with a small smile, which earned a curious look from Holly. "It’s nothing. I need to meet with Mr. Smiley first. Could you call Yunho for me and ask him to meet me at Lotus Café during lunch?"

"I thought he’d be busy preparing for his new movie premiere. Isn’t that today?"

Shit! Yeosang bit her lip, holding back a curse. "I haven’t arranged Yunho’s rental car yet." She massaged her temple and set her documents down again, deciding to call Yunho herself. Just as she opened her contact list on her smartphone, an incoming call popped up—from Big Matthew.

Yeosang answered quickly, blurting out that she’d arrived and was already in the lobby.

"Okay, I’ll be up to your office shortly. And yes, I’ve already bought all the tabloids and entertainment magazines with headlines about Yunho and Mingi." Yeosang grabbed the stack of documents and the magazines she’d mentioned to her boss. As she walked away, she gestured for Holly to keep the black coffee. With only two hands, one occupied with her phone and the other with the documents, she couldn’t manage the coffee. She wished she had multiple arms like the god Vishnu—or maybe not. She decided she should stop reading so many Asian mythology stories or tales of palace romances in ancient China.

Most of those stories were impractical for real-life application, especially for someone like Yeosang—a personal manager to celebrities.

"I’ll hang up now, Mr. Big Matthew. I’m getting in the elevator." Yeosang slid her smartphone into the pocket of her coat and adjusted the documents in her arms, which had shifted slightly in her rush. Once everything was secure on her left arm, she used her right hand to neaten her hair, tucking a few stray bangs that were slightly too long behind her ear.

Maybe it’s time for a new hairstyle. That thought was quickly replaced as the elevator dinged, and her mind returned to the matter of Yunho.

That strange kid didn’t seem to understand the consequences of his actions. Yeosang couldn’t stop herself from sighing as she walked toward Big Matthew’s office.
