Chapter 29: The MBTI Valentine's Day
The sun shone brightly over the high school, wrapping the courtyard in a gentle morning light. ENTP, late as always, arrived whistling, his hair tousled by the wind. He pushed the main doors open with his usual confidence and joined ESTP, his best friend, who was waiting for him with a radiant smile.
ESTP turned to him, holding an impressive pile of chocolates, roses, and letters.
—"I'm a star!" he announced proudly.ENTP raised an amused eyebrow and smirked.
—"Oh, really? Let me show you what real fame looks like."
With a theatrical gesture, he opened his locker, and an avalanche of chocolates, roses, and love letters spilled onto the floor, creating a sugary mountain. ESTP whistled in admiration.
—"Alright, I concede, champ."
On the other side of the hallway, INFJ was quietly pushing a large cart covered with embroidered fabric. He was politely chatting with a student when a sophomore girl, her face as red as a peony, blocked his path. She held a small package in her trembling hands.
—"Uh... INFJ... I... I made these chocolates for you!"
INFJ, ever charming, accepted the gift with a radiant smile. He gently took her hand and placed a delicate kiss on it, his eyes sparkling with gratitude.
—"Stephanie, I’m deeply honored by your thoughtfulness. Thank you so much."
As his lips brushed her skin, poor Stephanie fainted on the spot. Another student caught her just in time, as she weakly murmured:
—"He knows my name..."
INFJ carefully placed the chocolates in his cart, which, in reality, was already overflowing with gifts. ENTP, observing the scene from his corner, burst into laughter.
—"Compared to him, we’re pathetic."
ESTP turned to INFJ, impressed.
—"And what are you planning to do with all that?"
INFJ raised a gentle gaze toward them, an enigmatic smile on his lips.
—"These people have put so much effort into offering me these gifts. Naturally, I’ll eat them all to honor their kindness."
ESTP burst into laughter, whistling in admiration. But everyone’s attention was suddenly drawn to the theatrical arrival of ENTJ. Impeccably dressed as always, he descended the stairs with a smug smile on his face.
—"This, my friends, is nothing."
He snapped his fingers, and a gigantic truck pulled up in front of the school. The students gathered around, awestruck, as the driver opened the rear doors to reveal a massive pile of chocolates, roses, and love letters. ENTP picked up one of the cards that had fallen near the truck and burst out laughing as he read:
"Oh, ENTJ, you embodiment of human perfection,
The sun pales in comparison to your radiance,
The stars bow before your magnificence.
Your intelligence illuminates my days,
Your beauty leaves me speechless.
Every word you speak is a symphony,
Every gesture, a masterpiece.
Just hearing your name warms my heart.
ENTJ, my love for you is eternal,
And I know you’ll love me too,
Because it’s impossible not to love... you."Signed… ENTJ."
ENTP and ESTP rolled on the floor laughing, unable to contain themselves. ENTP, in between bursts of laughter:
