Amara was walking into the living room as she had all of her things ready for a day at the waterpark. Just a day to get away and have a bit of fun for once.
"Hey, Dad, I'm going out for a while. Meeting Eli and Miguel at the..." Amara looked up to see a woman at the door, "Who are you?"
The blonde woman glanced down at the floor and halfway up at Johnny, "Uh, Amara, this is Shannon, you're birth mother. Your real birth mother."
"So you're the woman who didn't want me?" Amara questioned,
"Yes." The Shannon lady answered, "It would've been so hard by myself with two kids, so I had to sacrifice one of you, but you are still my daughter."
"Yeah, whatever." Amara said as she walked over to the fridge and grabbed one of Johnny's coors beer. "I'm going to the water park. Be back in a few hours." She glanced over at Shannon, "Nice to finally meet you...Shannon."
Shannon watched as Amara walked out of the house, "She hates me."
"She doesn't know you." Johnny said, "That kid has been through a lot. Both Jeremy and Emma are gone. If I'm being honest I've always tried to make things right but I feel like I'm failing her too."
"No, you're not, Johnny. You are the only thing that kid has left, and you are all that kid needs."

"And then she had the audacity to call me her daughter!" Amara said to Kali as the two were relaxing at the beach, "I mean can you believe that? The woman had never ever been a part of my life and she comes over to get Robby's things."
"Yeah, I think you just need to try and relax." Kali told her.
After everything was said and done after the tournament the two made up and were back to being friends.
"Ew, Anthony, can you stop staring at my friends?" Sam said to Anthony as the four other girls looked up.
It was obvious Anthony was embarrassed as his cheeks had started to get red. "No, no, no, I wasn't, um, uh, staring."
"Sure, you weren't." Kali grinned.
Anthony glanced over at Sam and began to walk away as the girls giggled.
"He's starting high school in the fall, right?" Yasmine asked. "Let's torture him. Tell him later I asked if he's been working out."
"I love that idea, Yas." Amara spoke as the two began to laugh along with Kali and Moon.
"Ew." Sam said as she looked away from her book, "You guys are so gross, and I want no part of this."
Moon glanced over at Sam, "So, Sam, how's the whole Eat, Pray, Love journey going?"
"It's actually better than I expected." Sam told Moon, "It's been kind of nice to just focus on myself, without all the karate or relationship drama."
"Hey, babe." Amara heard Hawk's voice yell. She turned over to see him and Miguel walking over. "Oh, shit." She said, "I totally forgot that they were coming. Everything with Shannon showing up. Sam, I'm sorry."
"It's fine, really."
"Are you sure? 'Cause I can tell him I'll see him later."
"No, Amara, seriously." Sam said, "I mean, this is gonna happen. And it's all right. Miguel and I are still friends."
"Hey, what's up?" Hawk said, coming over beside Amara between her and Yasmine in the open seat.
"Hey." She said as she pecked him on the lips. "This is gonna be awkward." She whispered, talking about Miguel and Sam.
