Snow Day Birthday

On Killian's birthday, he was sleeping over at Emma's parents' loft. SHe has been up early to bake her boyfriend his birthday cake. Her father returns from shoveling outside. "How is the snow?"

"It is still going on strong." He shook his head from snow off his hat.

"We will have Killian's birthday celebration here."

"Yes. How is the vanilla birthday funfetti cake going?"

"It is going well. I have to let it cool off before decorating it."

Emma and Henry were in the kitchen making Killian pancakes. "Mommy, make pancakes in his name."

"In his name?"

"Yes!"

"Shh...Papa is sleeping. We are going to wake him up." She tickles her son making him laugh. "I will make pancakes in his name." Emma did her best to spell out her boyfriend's name in pancake batter.

Emma woke up her boyfriend, singing Happy birthday to him. Killian smiles big. "Happy birthday."

"Thank you." They kiss.

"How are you two doing?"

"Our baby is growing. He or she is making me eat more."

He rubs her small baby-bump. "Becoming a father on my birthday is everything that I always wanted."

"You are the first person I met when I returned home. You made me and Henry feel safe."

He placed his hand on her baby bump. "I will keep our whole family safe. I love you since the day I saw you at my pub."

"I love you, Killian Jones." They kiss.

Papa!"

The couple entered the kitchen. Henry goes to his Papa and hugs him. "Happy birthday!"

"Thank you, lad."

"Mommy made pancakes."

"She did?"

Emmma gave Killian a plate of pancakes speeled out his name. " Swan."

"It was Henry's idea."

"I love it." They had breakfast panackes and hot cocoa with cinnamon. Snow White and Dvid joined the couple for breakfast.

Emma gave Killian his present which was hockey jersey with his name ont he back. "Emma, I love it. Thank you."

"You are welcome." They kiss.

Snow White and David gave their present which was a woool sweater for the witner sweather. "Thank you for the sweater.I really need this for today.."

Henry climbed onto Killian's lap and hugged him. "Papa can we play in the snow?"

"You are still in pain, kid."

"Swan, we will not play in the show for too long."

"Aye, we will play in the snow when it lessens."

The snow slowed down, Henry and Killian built a snowman outside on the sidewalk.

Snow White and Emma went outside."Mommy!Mommy, snow pirate!"

"I love your snow man pirate. You need to go in soon, kid. I do not want you to be overtired."

"Yes, Mommy." She looked at her boyfriend ans at her Mom. "Mom, I need to go to work."

"Right, I will drive you."

"Swan?"

"I got called in."
