Over the last few days, it was very tough for the twins in recovery, Emma and Killian were being their for their daughters. Marco would drive Killian to the hopsital in the mornings as Emma slept in the nurses lounge when the twins nurse told her to sleep. Some of the nurses gave Emma some drinks and food when she needed knowing she is a fellow nurse. Some of them even dropped baby girl gifts for the girls. Snow White and David were staying with Henry at their daughter's house.

Emma wakes up in nurses loung to her iPhone ringing. She swipes,seeing her son. "Henry."

"Mommy! HI!"

"Hey, kid. Where is papa?"

"Sleeping. I went on his iPhone. I found your name."

Emma smiles, "I miss you, kid."

"I want you home."

"I want to be at home too. I will be home today. We can play anything you want."

"Play wif you."

"We will play, kid."

"Papa and I play last night wif my Captain Hook doll."

"You and Papa are pirates."

A few hours later, Ruth enters the NICU finding Emma with her great-granddaughters in her arms. "Emma."

"Hi, Nana. Hope, Sienna, your great Nana is here."

"Your daughters are so cute!"

"Thank you. Hope and Sienna are finally together after a few days of not being able to hold them at the same time. I get to hold my babies together."

"Which one is which?"

"Hope is on the right and Sienna is on the left in Emma's arms."

Hope coos. "Yes, you are with Mama, Hope."

"Aye, they both wanted to be with Emma after a rough few days."

"Your dad dropped me here. Your mom is with Henry and Lizzie."

"The girls love their baby blankets you made them. Hope has the pink one and Sienna has the purple one."

"I can sew their names on them right now. I do not want to upset the twins with a new person just yet."

"Thank you, Nana. The twins are happy to be with me at the moment."

Ruth went to Killian. She sewed her great-granddaughters names on their baby blankets. "Killian, how are the twins?"

"Both of them had hernia fixed recently. Sienna had a little heart surgery a few weeks ago. Hope has been having the breathing machine. We are hoping she can breath on her own soon."

"She is looking better, David sent me a few pictures of the twins. They both are looking bigger."

"My daughters have a long road ahead of them." Sienna began crying.

"Sea-Sea, are you hungry?"

"Love, I can bottle feed her."

"You can hold Hope so I can breastfeed her. I brought more breastmilk to feed them when I am not here. I still have Hope in my arms who cannot breastfeed yet."

He takes his daughter from his swan. "Hi, baby love." Emma began breastfeeding Sienna. He rubs Hope's back. She gripped her papa's shirt. "You have a strong grip, baby love." He kissed his daughter on the head. He noticed Ruth was finished with the baby blankets their names. "Ruth, do you want to hold Hope?"

"Yes! I get to hold my first great-granddaugther."

"Both of them, had the same surgery on the same day. Hope and Sienna both are strong lasses like their Mama. Hope, you are going to meet your Nana Ruth." He set his daughter in his great-mother-in law arms.
