A few days later, Emma and Killian had their daughters' birth certificates, Hope Swan Jones and Sienna Faith Jones. She packed the birth certificates in her bag to go home. She yawns, she has been having nightmares again. Killian has been sleeping next to his swan who was starting to get nightmares again because of Neal. He helped her packed her bag to go home since she cannot heavylift. She was crying. Killian hugged his swan. "Emma."

"We are not bringing our babies home with us. They have to stay here."

"You are a nurse here; you have access to the hospital. You can watch our daughters in the NICU." Emma continues to cry. "We are going to come here every single day to be with our daughters until they are strong enough to come home."

"Let's go see our girls before we leave. I cannot leave without seeing our daughters."

"Good idea. I cannot leave our daughters here without saying goodbye to our daughters too, love." Killian pushed his swan in a wheelchair.

"We need to buy more preemie diapers for them."

"We are going to need a lot more of them."

"I will add it to the list of love. We can put the finishing touches on Hope and Sienna's room."

"Yes." Emma smiles.

They entered the NICU and put on their scrubs. The couple heard beeping and Sienna's crying. "I hear Sienna's cry."

"Me too."

Emma noticed there were doctors by Hope's incubator. "Killian, the doctors are with Hope. Something is wrong." He pushed his girlfriend to their daughters' incubators.

A nurse goes to the parents. "You need to stay here." Dr.Whale pushed Hope's incubator out of the NICU.

"That is our daughter! We need to know what is going on!"

"I am an operating nurse here. What is wrong with our daughter?"

"Your daughter is in respiratory distress. Her lung collapsed. We are doing an operation on her lung."

"I am not leaving my daughters. Can we hold our other daughter, Sienna? She is crying out for her sister."

"Yes."

Killian went to Sienna and held her on his chest. "Papa is here, littlest love. Shh...shh..." She continues to cry. "Swan, Sea-Sea wants you." He placed his daughter on his swan's chest.

"Sea-Sea...Mama is here. I know you are worried about Hope, she is going to be okay." She rubs her daughter's back. Sienna's cry lessens. She kissed her daughter on the head. "Mama is staying here with you and Hope." Her daughters need her. She cannot go home yet without knowing about Hope's condition.

"We are not leaving here until we find out of Hope, love. Are you hungry or thirsty?"

"No." Sienna tries to smile. "Sea-Sea, I love your smile baby girl! You are so cute!" She coos to her daughter. "She is happy that we are not leaving her."

"Sienna, we are not leaving, baby love. Papa is here."

He took a photo on his iPhone of his swan bonding with their daughter. He texted his future in-laws on updates of delaying Emma's discharge and of Hope's lungs.

Emma breastfeeds Sienna, who latched on quickly. "I just want to know how Hope is."

"We are not leaving until she is back here."

She looked down at her daughter, Emma was in tears. "Sienna knows something is wrong with her sister."

"Aye, the twin bond. She is happy to be with her Mommy when she knows she is safe."
