Emma was in her 4 months pregnant .She and Killian were up early for work. He was assisting her to get ready for the day by making her pot of decaf coffee. Emma recived a phone call from her Mom, "Hi, Mom."

"Hi, honey. Henry has a fever."

"He does. What is the number of his fever?"

"100.00. I need to go to work.."

"Swan?"

"Henry has a 100.00 fever."

"I can be home with the little lad."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. I can. I have work in the evening."

Emma sighs in relieve. "Mom, Killian is coming over to stay with Henry." The mother and daughter ended their conversation. "I can walk."

"That is why I am walking you to your bug, I know you are nervous for Henry."

Emma smiles. "Please keep track of his fever. I heard there is a 12 hour stomach virus going on in the preschool."

"I will monitor his fever and make sure he stays hydrated. I will call you if anything happens."

"Thank you." They kiss. Emma drove to work as Killian walked to the loft.

Snow White opened the door. "Henry is fast asleep. I gave him kids tylenol."

"The little lad is going to be with me."

"Thank you."

"You are welcome. Have a good day." Snow White leaves the apartment. Killian went to check on Henry who was fast asleep.

As Emma began her day at work, she was receiving updated texts from Killian. She knows her son was in good hands with Killian.

Henry wakes up crying, Killin goes to him."Son?"

"My stomach hurts."

"Where does it hurt?" Henry clutched his right side in pain. "You are going to be okay." He scooped up his son in his arms and rushed out of the loft knowing he might have appendicitis. He enters the hospital. "Help!!!"

A nurse rushes over, "This is Henry Nolan, four years old. He has a fever and pain on his right side."

Dr.Whale sees Killian and Henry. "Henry Nolan?"

"Yes, he has a over 100.00 fever and pain on his right side."

"Dr.Cameron!"

Allison arrives to Killian. "Killian?"

"It is Henry."

"Dr.Cameron we need to do appendicitis."

"I am on it." A nurse sets Henry in a stretcher.

"Papa."

He hugged his son. "You are going to be okay. When you wake up, your Mommy and I will be there with you."

She faced her bestfriend's boyfriend. "Killian, Henry is going to be okay. Call Emma, she is not in a surgery now.." She and the nurses rushes Henry to the operating room.

Emma was finished with a surgery, when Killian called her. She swiped her iPhone. "Hi, Killian. How is Henry?"

"Emma, I am here in the waiting room. He is having his appendix taken out."

Her heart dropped, her son. "Henry!"She rushed into the waiting room to her boyfriend as fast as she can. "Killian!"

"Emma!" He hugs his girlfriend. "He woke up in pain and clutching his right side. I scooped him up and ran him here. Allison is doing his surgery."
