Being eighteen to some people, it was a special birthday. Some people considered the day that marks the start of a new era for young people. In the UK, it meant you had reached the age that you could legally do anything you wished buy you suffered the consequences or your actions. To others, their eighteenth birthday simply meant another day, another boring Thursday where they had English class in two hours.

Bella was grouped into the second batch of people. She knew her brothers had loved when they turned eighteen, but she herself didn't see the difference between eighteen and seventeen.

That didn't mean that she didn't love her birthday.

Because she does, because every year on her birthday the twins would go all out and make the whole day about her, she could ask and say whatever she wanted and they would do it.

"Happy birthday!" It turns out that Bella wasn't allowed to sleep in on her birthday, although she knew she had school, when she caught sight of the clock next to her bed after hearing Damon yell.

She knew there was no way her brothers were letting her sleep peacefully on her day.

"Oh, Bella!" Damon's head popped around the corner of her door. "Happy birthday!" He came into her room like he was a cannon and crashed down on her bed diving on her.

"Hey! You agreed to wait for me." She couldn't see him, but she heard him, and then the added weight on top of her made her know Hardin had just jumped on top of Damon as well.

"Boys, get off your sister." Charlie's voice came from the doorway, and she was so thanful he had been there because one more moment with her brothers on top of her, then this would have been her last birthday.

Damon grinned as he picked up the bag he had put down on the floor. He placed a gentle kiss on his sisters head and wished her a happy birthday before moving to the side and letting his father and brother do the same.

"Come now, baby Bell." Damon sat down on the bed as he waited for Bella to sit up in bed. "Present time." His wide grin made Bella smile.

Hardin sat down beside him as Charlie stood over them all. "Open dad's first." Hardin said, handing her their fathers gift, knowing that the man secretly wanted to go first.

After all, this was the first birthday he was here for in the morning. The man always showed up later in the day.

Damon could see the ecxitment on his father's face as he watched Bella open the gift from him, and if Damon could capture this moment, he would.

"Oh dad, I love it." Bella muttered as she unrapped the camera. There wasn't just one their were two. One was a Polaroid camera, and the other was a Sony camera.

"I'm glad there's also a book in there that you can put your pictures in." Charlie mumbled as Bella attacked him in a hug.

Bella quickly turned around, sitting back on the bed before she tore into the next gift that her brothers had given her. She let out a loud squeal, causing Damon to fall off the bed.
